had a very peaceful getaway. love that there are no neighbors behind the house on the other side of the water. hot tub was great to have, especially after kayaking. this was my first time ever kayaking and had no issues but definitely check the tides cause low can be really low. publix is just a short drive (5-8 min) and there is also a target and dunkin's in the same plaza - what else do you need LOL great communication from host. house was clean and has everything you need. if you don't mind a 45 minute drive, there is a great brewery we found in Trinity, FL - Escape brewing company was fantastic!

Absolutely loved our stay here!! The unit was conveniently located right on Weeki Wachi with river access and plenty of water toys! The location was still private and peaceful. It was extremely clean and there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Very responsive host. Can’t say enough great things, looking forward to staying here again sometime

Amazing Weeki Waterfront House

This house is a perfect location on the Weeki Wachee River! It was a perfect spot for a little spring break getaway with my family of four. Comfortable living quarters and an awesome deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. The inside is a bit dated, which is why I gave 4/5 for the value. But the place is spotlessly clean and the location can't be beat. Outside: Plenty of kayaks for everyone to use and an easy dock made for a quick launch. The backyard firepit was perfect for s'mores as the sun set. Tabitha was happy to give us a late checkout (with a super speedy response) so we could enjoy one more morning on the river. Def would recommend!

This was our second stay at Kevin‘s place outside of a little glitch. that was handled very professionally and rapidly everything was excellent with a short paddle to the main river and easy access from the house with the kayaks We will definitely be back.

Water's Edge - A Lakefront Oasis

This home is perfect. It is the little things that Giselle had available in every corner of the home. Coffee, k-cups, creamer/sugar, condiments, kayaks and life jackets, even a set a binoculars to view the birds that frequent the area. A very nice collection of games to play along with a fully stocked kitchen of utensils and serving ware. We cooked at home a couple of nights, so that was very helpful. We felt safe, and the pool area was amazing for a relaxing afternoon in the sun. The extensive library was a favorite of my wife’s: classic and contemporary novels, travel, history, biographies. . . Something for everyone! We were there with two families. The boys turkey hunted Green Swamp which is only about an hour drive from this home. We caught fish off the dock and on the water, so that made it even better. We drove to Clearwater Beach one day as well which is about 1.5hrs depending on traffic. 10 out of 10 recommend “Water’s Edge!”

Seascape - WHOLE HOUSE 360 water views, pool, gulf

The property itself was beautiful and had great potential; however, it would benefit from more consistent maintenance and upkeep. Upon arrival, the beds were not properly made, with ruffled covers and noticeable stains on all the bedding. There was no tissue available in the downstairs area, and the bathroom had visible hair and residue from previous guests, both on the floor and in the shower. Additionally, the hot tub was unfortunately filled with dirty water, which made it unusable. On a positive note, I thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and pool area. The sunset views were absolutely stunning, and it was a joy to watch the dolphins when they appeared. The overall scenery was incredibly peaceful, and being right on the water added a serene and relaxing touch to the experience.

Beautiful place to stay with a wonderful host! The host was so kind and responded so quickly to every question. She went out of her way to make us feel right at home. This is a perfect place to stay for a romantic getaway with a peaceful pond to watch the sunrise with coffee, and a cozy bedroom with a phenomenal bathroom. Truly an oasis.

We booked our vacation as a bucket list trip for my mom who has Alzheimer’s . My mom grew up in Orlando and had visited Weeki Wachee (where mermaids swim) when she was young. This fueled her obsession of being a mermaid when she grew up. We decided as a family that this was the time to make my 72 year old mom’s dream come true. Jennifer’s place is about 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee which is what initially caught my eye. The place was absolutely beautiful! It sits on the canal where we drank coffee and wine and watched boats and kayaks go up and down the canal. We also were able to see beautiful birds of all kind every morning and evening. There is plenty of chairs to sit inside and out to watch all the coming and going on the canal. Plus there a pool and a sandy beach in the back yard. But most of all we were able to check off one of my mom’s bucket list items and make some lasting memories with her in a beautiful resort like setting.

Little Spring Retreat king bed movie theater kayak

The Little Springs retreat was the perfect get away for me and my family. The manatees are magical and the natural surroundings were peaceful. The retreat has everything you need to have a fun and enjoyable stay including all of the little touches like herbal tea, fire pit and home theater. My teens thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We kayaked, tried stand up paddle boarding and swam. Carolyn was a thoughtful, responsive host. Highly recommend this spot. We will be back!

4 Bedroom Farmhouse on the river #2

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided made for a comfortable stay. However, I did notice that the cleanliness could have been improved slightly. With a little more attention to cleaning, this place would be perfect. Despite this minor issue, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the host's hospitality.

River house w/ arcade, 6 kayaks & mini golf

Briana was great and very responsive to us. The place was beautiful and tons of amenities and things to do. Kayaking was absolutely breathtaking. Only draw back was noise ordinance at 9pm for a weekend. Some of the neighbors complained about kids being a little loud. Understandable they live there year around and seems in general get annoyed by tourists in the area. Even the cops patrolling the river said there’s lots of “Karens” in the area. Would definitely re rent the house and plan on coming back in the summer!

We had a great anniversary trip at Brian's place! The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

Lynda was extremely responsive and so helpful! Rebecca was so helpful and welcoming when we first arrived 😃. The house was spotless and very very homey!! We had our kids join us unexpectedly and there was plenty to do with them there! Kayaking down the main River was easy to get it and so much funThe bed in the main bedroom was incredible. Definitely a 10/10!

This stay was great! We went for Easter weekend & had sooo much fun. I definitely over packed, they had literally everything I needed down to a pack n play with bedding ! Their outside equipment was soooo nice to have & in great shape ! We will definitely use this location again.

First - the home is absolutely amazing. From the decor to the location on the water, it was great. The amenities like fishing poles, crab trap, and kayaks keep some of those “extra” Vacation cost down. Lastly, Karina’s responsiveness was excellent. No matter the question - she replied quickly and was always helpful. Definitely a 5 star trip.
