Newly built smoke free, 2 bedroom duplex in an Industrial neighborhood. Fully functioning kitchen, stocked coffee bar, laundry room, WiFi, two off street parking spots, and Smart TV’s in each room. Pets allowed. There will be an additional pet cleaning fee for long term guests. This will be charged after you make reservation through an additional fee request. This is a cute cottage/modern style apartment with lots of natural light. It has a nice deck to enjoy morning coffee. The location is Great! Just 3 blocks to Wolflin Village; where there are restaurants/bars, coffee shops and shopping; a 6 minute drive to famous Route 66 for more restaurants and antique shopping; 5 minute drive to downtown Amarillo for more great restaurants! Great access to 1-40, if you just need an overnight stay! BnB is upstairs. Must climb stairs.

One bedroom apartment/full bath/full kitchen/dining area/Harry Potter Closet sleeps kid /adult/comfortable couch for sleeping. 4 walking blocks from the hottest corner in Amarillo, 35 eateries, 8 walking blocks from the baseball field. Has a large patio with a grill for your use. Happily decorated. Close to Interstate 27 and 40. Pets are allowed. There is a $5.00 pet fee. There are no cleaning fees or chores for you to do. There is a side yard for pets.

Although it is only a one bedroom, there’s plenty of room to set up an air mattress or just to sleep an extra person on the couch. 8 miles from Clovis, 19 miles from Cannon AFB, and 22 miles from Muleshoe, Farwell is a modern day Mayberry RFD. It’s a quiet little town where you can relax. We live next door and are available for whatever questions or needs you may have.

Gene's Place is a great location! You will be close to everything Canyon has to offer. It's a short walk to WTAMU campus and events. Only a 15 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon and all it has to offer. In a short 2 minute drive, you can be eating and shopping in our downtown. Amarillo is a short drive for a bigger city experience.
