One king size bed in master bedroom, two single beds in sleeping room and a pull out sofa in living room. Wooden floors in bedrooms and living room. Completely equipped and new (built in June 2013). High acoustic and thermal insulation, air conditioning. Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, nice sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. Our apartment is located in the center of Herceg Novi, near the Old Town, close to the main bus station. It has been recently completely renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room, balcony with sea view, TV and air conditioning units and free WiFi. There is a good connection with the airport Tivat (25 km) and Dubrovnik (35 km). It is a 10 minute walk away from the coastline with beaches, and a 5 minute walk from famous Kanli Kula fortress and Old Town clock tower.

This well used 22 m2 is ideal for a couple with a child or three young friends whose mind is set on exploring Montenegro. The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
