Surrounded by open countryside, with access via traffic free tracks to open commons and countryside for walking, cycling or horse riding. Sleeping 7 people with 2 dogs welcome. A short drive of 7 miles leads takes you to the charming market town of Brecon known for its vibrant arts scene, local shops, and cafes, making it a great place to relax and enjoy Welsh hospitality. Ystradfellte waterfalls (10 miles) & Pen y Fan (6 miles)

Wern Ddu is set down a private drive (private parking) in its own garden with beautiful views down to the river and of the surrounding Beacons. In the designated dark skies area of the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park with miles of walks and exciting visitor attractions, Wern Ddu offers the perfect dog friendly escape for up to four guests in a relaxing atmosphere, a short distance from Brecon, Merthyr Tydfil and the villages of Sennybridge and Defynnog with their traditional pubs and shops.

An historic fully refurbished character barn attached to our traditional Welsh Long House home. Having a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed accessing it via a beautiful spiral staircase. Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage in heart of Beacons

Cwmclyn Canol is a quiet and cozy cottage inside the Bannau Breicheniog National Park with a pub within walking distances and footpaths directly onto Pen Y Fan. The cottage was refurbished in 2022 to a high standard and boasts magnificent mountain views. Additional views include waddling ducks, squabbling chickens and honking geese. Good wifi, TV/DVD, films and a box of games. Kitchen has plenty of everything and there is a log burner in the living room as well as a firepit outside.
