Whether you’re casting a line, catching a race, or chasing excitement, this cottage is your home away from home. Dogs welcome. Fee is $116/stay. Max of 2 pets. Sorry no cats allowed

Very clean non smoking, 65" TV/home theatre, WI-FI , Wood Burning Stove, and outdoor fire pit (wood provided) for your enjoyment. Come and distress yourself at Hope Haven Cottage. Pets: We welcome pets. If you have more than 2 pets, please contact us for approval. There is a pet fee of $50 for the entire stay.

We want our guests to feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door. We offer a fully furnished home with lots of room for everyone. We are located 2 miles from the Martinsville Speedway, 3 miles from the Smith River Complex and 6 miles from Commonwealth Crossing. Centrally located 1 hour from Roanoke, VA and 45 minutes to Greensboro, NC. We have 4 Smart TV’s (family room and bedrooms). In the evening cookout on the screened in back porch as you reconnect with the folks that you love and watch the sun set.

One bedroom, one bathroom with laundry, open living area, outdoor areas patio and fire pit. Sleeping 1 queen bed in bedroom, futon couch in living area. Take a break and unwind from everyday craziness,. Hang out around the fire pit cook s’mores. Grill out on the back patio, play a game, watch a movie, read a book, or take a nap. The cottage is about a mile to Philpott Lake, the perfect place to fish , go out on a boat, or kayak. there are hiking trails near by.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a quaint 1945 built house with all the modern conveniences of home. We renovated this home with a European Italian flair and farmhouse shabby chic. The first floor you’ll find all you need along with a coffee and wine bar. You’ll have your own dressing room equipped with lighted vanity, wardrobe and luggage rack. The second floor is for additional guests with a queen bed, twin bed and sitting room for kids.

Your group will enjoy easy access to everything the City and Southwestern Virginia has to offer from this centrally located, spacious house. You will be within walking distance of Uptown, the Dick & Willie Trail, and the Virginia Museum of Natural History. This historic home was one of three homes built by the Simmons family. Dick Simmons, president of American Furniture Company built and lived in this home.
