The TreeTop Guesthouse is FABULOUS! I felt right at home the minute I arrived. Grace is a WONDERFUL host! She responded to my inquiries promptly and went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable. I flew in from California and took MARTA from the airport (EASY) and walked from the Decatur, MARTA station to The TreeTop Guesthouse with a backpack and a carry on with wheels. The guesthouse has everything you need to make it your home away from home. I spent four days in Decatur for a wedding and walked everywhere or took a Lyft. Highlights of the trip included Cafe Alsace, Camp Kitty, Greene's Candy Shoppe, HomeGrown, Kudzu Antiques + Modern, Squash Blossom Boutique, Woodlands Garden (TWO BLOCKS AWAY) to the right as you walk out of driveway. The neighborhoods near The TreeTop Guesthouse are charming and worth walking around if you are on a mission to get your daily steps. :) THANK YOU GRACE! Five days in The Treetop Guesthouse soothed my soul. I'LL BE BACK SOON! :)

We had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable for two people. It is located in a nice residential area. Although it faces a quiet street, there is some traffic noise from nearby, but it is quiet at night. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small and although it lacks a dishwasher it is stocked with enough for light cooking. Faucet has a Brita filter. Owners are nice and easy to work with. Our only concern was that there is a 5-inch step up from the living room to the kitchen, and a 5-inch step up from the bedroom to the bathroom, a potential problem for those with orthopedic issues. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay in a lovely area.

A great quiet cottage walkable to Emory and restaurants/shops. Very pleasant hosts and nice clean accommodations.

My partner and I had a lovely time! The cottage was clean and tidy, the amenities were exactly as described, and Chris and Mallerie were very communicative. The cottage is private, peaceful, and everything is labeled to help guests navigate the space and the amenities with ease. We will definitely be back the next time we find ourselves in the Atlanta area!

Sean's place was fantastic. It was exactly what I was looking for. Little Five Points is a weird walkable neighborhood with a ton to do. It is also very close to downtown. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

Just what you need for a couple to stay in Atlanta economically and in nice neighborhood in private location. Small but has everything you need if all you want is good clean place to lay your head.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay! We really enjoyed the outdoor space, it was peaceful and quiet and the perfect place to relax after dealing with crowds in downtown ATL!

The perfect place which allowed for the perfect trip. Being only a 5 minute walk from the MARTA as well as its closeness to the beltline, the location was amazing and allowed for peaceful walks. The loft concept was a fun use of space and we loved the decor. The host was extremely helpful and responsive at all times. We had a great stay!

This place is small but had everything we needed. The best part is it was close and so easy to get to attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy guest house! It was the perfect size for two adults — comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We were visiting our son nearby, and this was such a better experience than staying in a hotel. It felt private, peaceful, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Communication with the host was easy and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was a beautiful stay, loved the sound of nature and the water features when you walk up made you feel like you were staying at a resort!! The drive to the Airbnb is also beautiful. Overall no complaints :) 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Absolutely heavenly stay! My mom and I loved being up with the trees. So peaceful. Great proximity to Atlanta and its best neighborhoods. Everything was smooth and easy. Would totally stay again.

Although we stayed for only one night, we really enjoyed it at Steve's place! The house was situated on a side street, so it was super quiet and peaceful, and all the plants and trees are so beautiful! Inside of the house was clean and amazing. We will stay there again if we will come back to Atlanta for sure! Thank you, Steve!

Very clean, well-maintained and spacious apartment above the garage, tucked away down the driveway in a lovely stretch of Decatur near Agnes Scott. While not QUITE as secluded as it might seem at first glance (a major road is half a block away), you get a treehouse-like sense of removal and privacy from all the foliage out the numerous windows. It'd be great to have just a *little* more lighting down the driveway/path for when arriving home late at night, but I felt safe and comfortable. Good stay!

It was a great place to stay! Cute area and close to restaurants. The backyard is beautiful and the guest house is a perfect size for an individual, couple, or small family. As a mom with a toddler, I appreciated there weren’t any decorative items within a toddler’s reach. The instructions for entry were clear and the host was responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed for several days while recovering from surgery, as I needed to remain within the Atlanta perimeter for three days post-op. The location was ideal—only about 15 minutes from the hospital in case I needed to return. The space had everything we needed: a kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a big TV! It was perfect for the two of us. It felt very private, and we hardly noticed it was attached to the main home, aside from some noise on our last night—which was a Saturday and completely understandable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

We LOVED Thomas's place! We came to visit my neice who lives a short walk away. The location was perfect and as described, was a short walk to MANY great restaurants and bars. The Virginia Highlands neighborhood is so charming. The house had all the little things that are often missing in an AirBNB, like a full length mirror, drawers in the closets, tv in the bedroom, etc. It had everything we needed and more, and Thomas was very communicative before and during our stay. We definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit Atlanta!
