This beautiful annexe is a new addition to our home and has provided us with an amazing space within our garden. The annexe has a open plan sitting room with kitchen and breakfast bar at one end. The bedroom has a super king size bed that can be set up as a twin room if required and there is a separate bathroom with double walk in shower. This is an ideal space for business trips with its own access, wifi, usb points and the ability to self cater if you wish but equally a great weekend getaway.

There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

A first floor Georgian flat with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room to sleep a total of 5. A perfect place to stay for couples, friends or families. It looks out onto Market Square but the flat has sound insulation so very quiet. Henley has a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and pubs - all on your doorstep and Henley Regatta is walking distance from the apartment.

Water's Edge

Water's edge is a well loved family home, it is by no means in a modern condition but the view and location is a truly unique spot with one of the most iconic views of Henley at the finish line of Henley Regatta. Enjoy leisurely walks, boutique shops, cafes & art galleries, everything is in easy reach from this riverside side home. An electric launcher boat is available to hire during April to August at an additional charge of £300 per day subject to river conditions.

Cosy Annexe by shops/parking 19 min walk to Henley

The Hoppy Annexe is a self-contained space, set in a little garden on a peaceful road with free parking, a 15-20 minute walk down the hill to Henley town centre. It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.
