Unicoi State Park is less than 5 minutes away, where you'll find Unicoi Lake, a swimmimg beach, hiking trails, ziplining, and Anna Ruby Falls. Many other hiking trails and waterfalls are just a short drive away!

The Bars and restaurants walkable. 70 inch tv, 44 inch tv. and 9 foot pool table. 2 adult guest only! pet fee. additional infant ok.. Upstairs house rents separate. Goats right outside! NO dogs over 50 lbs. EV slow charge plug by door on post.
