This is our third, possibly fourth stay with Kerry. The stay is like home from home, with everything you could want in a beautifully decorated space. Kelly replies extremely quickly and nothing seems too much trouble. She's even managed to reserve the good weather for us each time we come...

Delightful AirBnB; stunning location and views over the sea and the setting sun from the deck with a glass of Guinness Zero just what the Doctor ordered ! Everything was clean, tidy, functioning and comprehensively equipped. Check in straightforward and private parking outside. David and Angela's communication before and after was excellent. It was a quiet week and break for the two of us and our Labrador to simply relax. We went "off season" which suited us well. The morning and evening walks along the beachfront good for the soul. We have no hesitation in recommending this AirBnB and David and Angela. It is ideally located to explore North Devon if you want to go more wider than Woolacombe. Conversely, just enjoy the views from the deck and relax. An evening meal in the Chichester Arms in Mortehoe just up the road - coupled with a log fire - and then back to the AirBnB lounge on the sofa with a decent movie. We would happily book this again - in fact - we are tempted to buy there !

Perfect location to explore the area, especially for the Maritime Festival which was right outside and a great atmosphere. Very well equipt house and felt home from home. The only thing I would say is that the floorboards upstairs are very noisy and the bedroom doors squeak so might not be the best for light sleepers, didn't bother us too much as had young children so we knew when they got up in the night 🤣🤣

Helen was so helpful! Her place is absolutely spotless. Well equipped for a family! Kitchen is fantastic, everything you need! Great garden area which is private and secure which was perfect for our pooch! This house is exceptionally clean. We will be back - Thank you Helen x

Modern house within walking distance of both the village centre and the beach. The house has plenty of downstairs space and a huge deck for relaxing and outdoor dining. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Really nice stay. Ruth was helpful & responded quickly. The house slept 4 of us comfortably and was lovely & warm. It couldn’t have been better for access to the beach where winter dipping in the sea meant we could get back quickly & warm up. Highly recommended & Hele Bay is one of the nicest spots you could hope for.

Enjoyed a great stay with the family, including 6 year olds, parents and grandparents. The house was superbly presented with everything you need, a short walk from the beech and cafes, and in a great location. Was perfect for what we were looking for!

What a comfortable place! It was really well appointed and had everything we needed. Plenty of storage and well equipped kitchen. Wendy is very friendly and helpful too. I especially liked the eco friendly shampoo and conditioner provided (the bottles can be refilled too) and the availability of a compost pot for food waste. We really could have stayed a month if we did not have to get back. The view over the estuary from the bedroom is beautiful and constantly changing with the tide, light and weather. The place is really quiet too, I was concerned that there might be road noise from the nearby bridge but there was remarkably little even when outside the property and none at all inside

This place is great! The view down over Widemouth Bay is amazing, the pool is brilliant to have, and the bungalow is good. There were sheep in the field that it looked out on to, which was nice. Zoe was really helpful with the advance info etc.

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

Great house in lovely location. Layout suited us well (2 families with kids and grandparents). Washing facilities proved very useful. Pool rota worked well and there was always a time available that suited us (open 8am-7pm). Host responded quickly. Lacking house guidance but not a problem and host responded to advise. Note access into house could be an issue for less able and push chairs-steep steps to front and lowest step broken away (advised host so this might get fixed). Rear access via steps and narrow sloping and muddy path. Parking to rear -you block in your other car. Parking spaces not spacious but adequate. We loved it thank you Beach Retreats!

We really enjoyed the stay at Butlins. We had a fantastic time. The shows were good. The food at the resort was excellent and the staff there was always friendly and helpfull.

Brett is a great host, really friendly and approachable.

From the outset Kathryn welcomed us with all and more essential information regarding her beautiful apartment. It lived up to and excelled our expectations and we enjoyed the most wonderful, comfortable and relaxing few days. What a wonderful time had by all. Seaglass is such a beautiful location, breathtaking views, stunning sunsets & a 5 star feel to the apartment. We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

The Rocket House was exceptional! A beautiful cottage in the most idyllic location, right on the costal path with the most amazing views ( especially at sunset) ! James and Scott have thought of every detail to make the stay super special including a delicious home make cake waiting for us on arrival! We are excited to visit again - thank you so much!

Beautifully decorated house with the most incredible views. Every night (apart from 1 as it was raining), we enjoyed the sun setting over the sea. The house was really practical for our family of 3, with a fully functional kitchen, comfortable living area and two very good size bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. The house is located no more than a 10 minute walk in to Woolacombe and super close to the beach. Would highly recommend the fish and chip shop in Mortehoe and the Sri Lankan curry from the beach hut on Barricane Beach. Julia was really helpful and great at keeping in touch if we needed anything. Bay view road bungalow lived up to its photographs. Brilliantly quirky, loved the swing in the lounge, the most amazing view, the conservatory making it perfect for sunny or pouring with rain days. We didn’t need for anything, lovely and warm on the cold rainy day we had, brilliantly hot in the sunshine. We will definitely stay again. We initially struggled to find it as we had come in form a different direction for the directions given, but the post codes/satnav takes you to the road, so then just find the number. Easy parking, a few steep steps down to the bungalow, but there is a hand rail, so not an issue. We loved it and will be back.

What a wonderful apartment - in a fantastic location, short walk into town with Crooklets beach on your doorstep! Louise is so lovely and friendly, and by far the most responsive host I've ever met! We felt so at home and comfortable in the apartment

Gorgeous apartment in perfect location for the beach and 10 mins to the village with some lovely pubs. Hot tub was blissful. Tess was a great host. Friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.
