Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

We loved the secluded feeling, was perfect for our stay. Very relaxing as well.

This place was great, especially with kids. No one below us or next to us, So we weren’t worried about them running or rough housing and making too much noise for the neighbors. Also, decorations/breakables were few, impactful, and easy to remove to a closet to keep out of toddler hands. Kitchen was extra large, and well stocked. Washer and dryer in the unit. Bedrooms were very comfortable, and bathrooms were very clean. Location was amazing, right at the River Roasters end of Bay Street. Made getting out with the kids for a fun walk super simple. Only downsides were a sticky lockbox for accessing the house keys, bridge noise overnight (bothered husband, but kids and I slept through it just fine), and a kitchen sink leak that we discovered and reported on the second night. We would definitely stay here again. It was extremely comfortable and worked very well for our family of 4 (2.5 year old and 4.5 year old shared a bed). Thank you!

The stay at the Purple house went great! It was clean, very easy to find, accurately described, and I appreciated the book of local restaurants to help ease the search for dinner!

Lovely stay for visiting the coast. The beds were very comfortable, living room was spacious and cozy. The kitchen seemed well stocked had we decided to stay in for meals. Nice bonus room with activities to keep busy when the coastal rains pass through. Easy drive to restaurants, stores, the beach and hikes. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Perfectly located near the beach. Quiet and restful spot. Looking forward to trying it again on the summer.

We had a wonderful Valentine’s weekend at this Airbnb. The property is private, with ample parking and a covered carport. It was clean and welcoming upon arrival. We were surprised to have a Valentine theme welcome! It was so cute and made our day! The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and the large living room offers another table, comfortable seating, a TV, a fireplace, and stunning views. Two additional bedrooms each have a TV, and there’s a sizable bathroom with all amenities. We enjoyed the BBQ and relaxed with coffee, admiring the water and sand dunes. A large fire pit near the back porch provides ample seating. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we plan to rebook soon.

Jason was a pleasure to work with in making the place easier for my partner to stay there even though the house was like new already. I recommend this property very highly and it is a tie whether it is because of Jason or the house.

Hostess Kristi provided great communication pre/during/post stay. Easy access, very clean, lots of space and comfortable beds for the four of us. We will definitely re-book with Kristi on our next visit to Florence.

great place to stop while on a road trip

This is a phenomenal house with an equally phenomenal host. Josh was incredibly responsive and helpful even when he was out of pocket and we had unexpected needs. He clearly takes the same care with his house as he does with his guests -- it's beautiful and immaculate. Highly recommended!

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

Mutti's place was great and felt like home! Beach access, walkable neighborhood to our favorite restaurants, and great views! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen stocked super well, and bathroom clean. I was very pleased to see that even though the pool was closed for the season the spa was open year-round. A nice hot soak was just what I needed after taking surfing lessons! Thank you for a great stay, we love Newport!

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

great location - Chanda was very responsive when we had trouble getting into the unit, on site parking made unloading easy and the unit was very cozy
