2B/1B 1000 square foot condo, upstairs bedroom is a loft. Deck with hot tub overlooks the valley. Gas grill on deck. Bathroom has been totally renovated with steam shower and heated floor. Kitchen has bar for dining. Newer Appliances. Gas fireplace with remote with Furnance heat, no central air. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Just a 7 minute walk from Heavenly Stagecoach, 10 minute walk to Tahoe Rim Trail, and 8 minute drive to the Lake & Downtown.
