The coach house is a listed historic building at the end of the garden of our Georgian house and dates from 1822. With its own access from the rear it is completely self contained. Entirely renovated in April 2019 following Historic England guidelines it benefits from efficient insulation and heating whilst keeping the character of traditional materials, lime plaster and paint finishes. Well situated in the heart of Penzance, quiet and private. A warm, comfortable and fun base for any season.

We are within a short walking distance to Penzance centre, Trengwainton National Trust gardens. We are very accessible on foot, by car or bus.

A stone's throw from the train station, the bus station, the town and the harbour. There is also a large car park 50 metres away which is reasonably cheap but FREE overnight.
