With direct access to the river you can step out the door and cast a line. A perfect spot to stay after an amazing ski day at Shames Mountain.

This private timber-framed guesthouse is a stone's throw from Seymour Lake and a ten minute drive from downtown Smithers. It has beautiful wood furnishings, a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked kitchen, and is situated on a large forested property. Our place is perfect for couples looking to get away; fishers, hunters, and skiers searching for a home base; and travellers wanting to experience the British Columbian wilderness. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate kids due to the lake front access.

The house is roomy and cozy heated primarily by wood stove and has all the amenities one needs, including a lovely jacuzzi tub to soak in after a day of adventuring. The house is steps away from the local coffee shop and library.

Surrounded by forests, fields, mountains, and a stone's throw from the Skeena River, peace and tranquillity set in by the time you set your bags down. It is a haven for hikers, bikers, and anglers -- or simply those looking for a beautiful escape! The cabin is 100% off-grid, with a full kitchen and living room area, loft bedroom, shower, and outhouse.

Mountain View Home in Downtown Smithers

Half a block from Main Street, this home is the perfect place to unwind in front of our gas fireplace. Guests are walking distance to shops, restaurants, and breweries. For persons with mobility issues, it is three steps up to enter and then one level living. The shower is located inside of the bedroom, which can work for couples and young families but it is not a fit for two couples. We have a smart tv for streaming services but no cable service.

A few acres just minutes from Smithers downtown. The Cottage's vista views up to Hudson Bay peaks. Kathlyn Creek meanders through the property, making for a great summer and winter retreat. It may be a "wee" Cottage, but a kid's loft and en-suite bedroom make for a cozy getaway for a family of 4 or friends. Kids under 3 stay free. The kitchenette is stocked for your first couple of breakfasts, including daily fresh eggs.

Come make yourself at home! Creekside suite offers a full kitchen, comfortable living room, private bathroom, in suite laundry and 2 bedrooms with queen beds and plenty of storage. The living area has a smart TV and office nook with desk. For the sports enthusiests, or guests that need extra storage room, we have a heated storage room, with dehumidifier, that gives guests secure equipment storage.
