Kick back on the porch swing seat and do some people-watching with a coffee, then sink into the plump leather sofa and plan the day's activities. Pick up ingredients from the nearby farmers' market, or head out for some authentic Southern food. PERMIT #2020051742 Free Parking! This is a new house I designed and built so that my 2 kids that are off to college would have a nice private suite for themselves when they came to visit. It just so happens that this is also perfect for airbnb travelers! All the suites are soundproofed between each unit, and each unit has its own lockable door. The big plus is that its only about $6 taxi fare to the downtown entertainment district or 2 blocks over to the Music City Circuit stop (free downtown loop bus service 6AM thru 6PM), or 25 min walk! New Home just completed in May 2012 - 1 Bedroom Suite with its own private full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. Master bedroom suite on 3rd floor with roof top terrace and a great skyline view of downtown Nashville, whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. This suite also has its own 2nd level covered porch! Living room has 70" 3D TV with full satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime. Bedroom has 55" TV. I just added a new memory foam Sofa Sleeper in the Living room. Come and go as you please. Beautiful new suite located on the second and third floors of my home is just 2 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and just a few more blocks to Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville. KING SIZE BED WIFI 2 NIGHT MINIMUM Before your arrival you will be given a 4 digit code to the front door, and your room key will be on the table in the dining area. You can checkin any time after 3. There is parking on the drive. Check out this video of the area: (URL HIDDEN) The penthouse has its own LR,DR, Kitchen, and bedroom. It also has the second level porch and the rooftop terrace all to itself. These are not shared with anyone else. With the front door code locks installed you are free to arrive at anytime after check-in without me having to meet you, But if you need anything, just give me a shout!! Walk two blocks to the Music City Circuit stop for the free downtown bus service, or take a short stroll down Church St to the entertainment district. Walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River for incredible city views. If you don't have a car I suggest downloading the LYFT or Uber application to your smartphone. This is definitely the best and cheapest way to get around the city by auto. It's about a $7 ride to the downtown entertainment district! Or you could walk (app 7 mins) to the Farmers Market and Bicentennial Mall State Park area. There you can rent bikes or catch the free downtown bus loop (Music City Circuit) that runs from 6 am till 6 pm at 7th and Harrison. But just do as i do and walk...only about 25 mins to the downtown entertainment district!! Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is by 11 AM. If you need in earlier, let me know. Eclectic Home close to Nashville

This new apartment has been designed to include modern comforts with a Nashville twist. Hang out in the open living area on the long leather chair and admire the diverse wall art from classic posters to playful illustrations. Metro Nashville Short Term Rental Permit Number 2/0/1/9/0/5/7/8/1/0 Guests will have full access to the apartment. We like to entertain in the backyard, so if there is an event going on, we welcome our guests to join us. We are available during your stay, but will be hands off unless you need us. The home is in a peaceful location that is still just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nashville and all of its fantastic shops and restaurants. There are also exceptional breweries and coffee shops nearby as well for a taste of local living. A vehicle or Uber is the best way to travel in Nashville.

'Koala Motel' - lovely, private, East Nashville.

Large bathroom, comfy bed, cozy & quiet. Not a party space. Good for couples, solo or business travelers. Private driveway & patio entrance. While the room is attached to the house (closed off) you have a totally separate entrance with your own bathroom. 9 min walk to Riverside Village: Coffee, Deli, Pub, Thai, Pizza. Short DRIVE to 5 Points, Porter Road Shops. 14 min drive Downtown. Uber & Lyft. Permit #2017008944. No gatherings of any kind. No smoking indoors. No candles in or out. Quiet area.

Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Located in one of the best parts of East Nashville, this apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants in East Nashville! This is a private apartment above our garage within our house. You will access the apartment through a private side door and walk through the garage, then up the stairs to the private apartment. There is no shared space aside from the gym in the garage (which you are welcome to use during your stay).
