Start the day with a cup of Nespresso coffee in the marbled bathroom, a well-equipped full wet room with double-head shower. Set in a Grade II listed building, this accessible ground-floor cottage also offers Amazon Echo and antique wood floors. Provided free to guests is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park, located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. With its location adjacent to the harbour and in the centre of the village, Grade 2 listed Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The superking bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request, is topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. All apartments possess full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and Amazon Echo devices. The generously proportioned wet rooms contain rain and handheld showers and heated towel rails, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Guests have access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. This apartment is located in Quayside, one of Mevagissey's most prominent and historic heritage buildings, with direct and level harbour access. With its pubs and shops set in cobbled streets, this is an archetypally charming Cornish fishing village. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit. The seasonal Mevagissey - Fowey ferry (www.Mevagissey-ferries.co.uk) provides a fun and practical alternative to the busy holiday traffic and parking. St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. A single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour, located just a short level walk from the apartment, can be provided free of charge upon request. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes and prams. Board-games and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests.

A beautiful captains cottage, of granite stone built, 1820 ideal for 2 adults 2 teenagers, a self contained flat, free street parking, private entrance, kitchenette, wood stove fire (free wood provided), beautiful original flagstone flooring, exposed ceiling beams and a stunning walk in shower. As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. A coastal retreat ideal for remote work.

The Bolt Hole is a purpose built studio apartment, perfect for couples. 5 minutes walk to Hayle railway station , Foundry Square with its shops and restaurants . Close to the stunning Gwithian and Godrevy surfing beaches. The spacious open plan has a fully fitted kitchen, ample comfy seating,a breakfast bar, smart t.v.,WiFi and a separate bathroom with walk in shower. Outside there is ample private parking and a patio area with seating that affords the afternoon and evening sun.

Westwinds Self Catering Studio Apartment

Westwinds is a beautiful, light and airy creative self contained studio apartment. A short stroll to the beautiful Hayle beach which is 3 miles of golden sands. The apartment is in a great location. St Ives is 5 miles away which is a 10 minute drive and 5 miles to Penzance. Close proximity to restaurants and shops,train station,bus routes . Hayle has a pretty harbour which you can walk along to the beaches. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambience.

The Garden Flat is a hidden gem, located in the centre of St Ives. Very spacious for 2 people. children are free.Train station,shops,restaurants art galleries, and beautiful beaches are all within walking distance from this self contained one bedroomed flat Pet Friendly. It has a lovely garden area that provides a tranquil space in which to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Wi-Fi is a basic package. St Ives is a busy town. There is No Parking Space

Little Headland is a light, bright two bedroom apartment in Carbis Bay. It is just a few minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. The train station is a short stroll away where you can join the branch line in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. A simple, private ground-floor flat, with own entrance and small courtyard, situated in the centre of Hayle. This is an ideal location for exploring West Cornwall, just a few miles from St.Ives, that would make a perfect base for couples and solo travellers alike. The Studio is owned by Carole and Maurice who live in the apartment above. They have owned guesthouses all of their lives and will ensure you have a wonderful stay.
