Michelle is so great to work with regarding any questions or assistance needed. We had a special circumstance we needed assistance with and she was quick to respond and provided guidance on how to resolve our matter. She is a gracious host!!!

The place was so nice and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and clean. It was a nice place for families … The beds are very comfortable and the house is very modern and the decor is so cute. The televisions are wonderful and the sauna is amazing. The house is very spacious . The only changes I would make are some type of patio chairs on the front porch , to set in the evenings and the couch was not very comfortable.. The hosts were very friendly, attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay at any location they own . I know it would be well maintained ..

This house was a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for my family to spread out and have their own rooms, but cozy in the living spaces. House was really clean, had plenty of linens & towels, and all the beds that we used were comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small (which I expected from the photos), it’s what I call a ‘one cook kitchen’— but it worked just fine. Overall, this house fit our needs and served as a great home base while we visited CDA for the first time.

This Airbnb is not a house it’s a Home. Do not hesitate to rent this Beautiful home!!! Many things to do at this warm and inviting home. Bedrooms are large. More than enough room to have large meals. The only thing you should know is the driveway is steep!Plenty of parking. Close to town. Was able to get a yoga instructor from Post Falls Yoga and have a class out on the deck. Great for any family get together.

We had a great experience. We came for a graduation and birthday. with family close we will use this again! Wonderful experience.

Eric was a great host and his cabin was better than we expected. Everything was perfect, starting with the gorgeous views, all the amenities you could possibly need and the new boat dock which was important to us because we traveled there by boat and was large enough to hang out there with our group during the day and into the night under the stars. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it just felt like being in a cozy, welcoming home. Thank you, Eric, for making our stay so special!

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.
