The Garden Room at Warren House is a beautiful bijou studio suite with stunning views of Littondale deep in the Yorkshire Dales with lots of walks right on the doorstep. Hawkswick lies within the unspoilt picturesque Littondale valley in Upper Wharfedale.

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Sally’s Nook is a beautiful bolthole by the brook in the village of Hebden in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Cosy, ground floor one room apartment. The Snug has twin beds (or superking size on request) a kitchenette and en suite shower. Ideal for walkers, The Dales Way and Buckden Pike nearby alongside other circular hikes from the doorstep. Eating out, The Buck Inn is opposite and The George Inn, Hubberholme is a lovely 20 minute amble along The River Wharfe. Buckden is a delightful place to visit, described by many guests as a hidden gem. Come and see for yourselves.
