we loved staying at Clare's place, everything we needed to have an enjoyable holiday was supplied. Kids loved the wii, DVD selection and board games. beds were super comfy, lots of lovely light and our dog absolutely loved the dog beach.

Natalie and Colin were excellent hosts. Their house is very comfortable; they are very welcoming; and they were helpful responding to our queries. The house is located a short and pleasant walk from a stunning beach. Highly recommended!

Was clean well equipped and catered to accomodate the whole family. Dog friendly. The family preference was if the bbq was in the upstairs balcony, would have been great especially with mozzies around. Very happy and enjoyed the weekend. Felt at home.

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

We had an amazing stay as a group of friends at this wonderful Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better—having the beach just across the street made our trip truly special. Our host was exceptionally helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed, and provided great local recommendations. The place itself was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. The only minor watchpoint is the 1.5 bathroom setup, but we made it work without any issues. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. We live in the area and just needed a place to crash while we had some work done at home. The house is beautiful and airy and instructions were crystal clear. We loved having a little staycation in the best suburb in Newy!

Sonja’s place was absolutely perfect. Above and beyond the photos. It was definitely 5 star luxury all the way. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a group getaway. Located five minutes from Nelson bay and a short walk to pristine bays and a dog beach across the road.

We had the perfect stay here to celebrate my 50th birthday - 5 adults and 3 kids under 11. The house is spacious and clean. We felt like we were living in a rainforest! Great views out of every window. There are places to get coffee and eat out, within walking distance. The communication was great and we loved the welcome pack. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my birthday. We would absolutely stay here again!

My partner and I had such a lovely stay at Nicole’s place. It was quiet and private with walking distance to the beach. Great location for morning beach walks and dinners at the nearby Caves hotel. Nicole was very responsive and left us notes with great recommendations for food in the area. The only sad part was we wished we could’ve stayed longer! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The convenience of 2 walking distance beaches was key to the success of our stay. The location was very central to amazing food scene of Forster. The BBQ and outdoor entertainment ensured we were able to do family lunches at home and venture out to try out various highly rated restaurants! We will definitely stay at this property again.

The whole house was just right for us. 6 adults and 2 toddlers and a baby. Hannah even offered a cot and high chair for us. She is very responsive and thoughtful. She even left some Easter surprises for us in the fridge. It was great having the outdoor balcony upstairs too so we could relax (as much as you can with little ones around) and enjoy the view. We used the house and pool a lot as the children are so young. Great location and a wonderful home.

Boomers Beach House! Amazing. Took the family fora little getaway and the place was amazing. The Balcony is exceptional! Phenomenal Views. Very large and so well put together with the shade available. Loved our stay, short walk to all the beaches even for my 2 y.o. Cafe's also in walking distance. Thank you again Tony.

Angela’s place is off the beaten tourist track, and was just what we wanted. It’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the beach. The unit is high above the street with views of the surf. We loved it!

One of the best views I have ever seen. House is great for a holiday get away. Well stocked with plates and bowls etc. the house has lovely amenities and close to water which is awesome for fishing and supping. Would definitely go back! Lovely trail runs in area too! It’s a lovely home!

Gail was extremely responsive and accomodating. The place itself is so clean! We felt right at home. Aircon was a treat and the beach was a 2min walk down the road. I highly recommend staying here, and will come again! Thank you Gail :)

A great spot super close to the beach. My second stay. It’s got a lot of good equipment. It’s not huge and common areas aren’t big so it would be a bit of a squeeze with 9 but the point is to get out to the beach anyway.

An absolutely beautiful apartment in a stunning location. First thing we did was enjoy a beverage in the balcony overlooking to water. Thankyou so much.

Great place, not massive but with the flat and it’s bathroom easily met our needs for four couple. The yard is a good size and the outside hot shower is awesome. The location is very close to Boomerang beach and 1km north of Bluey’s Beach shops.
