We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am ! * All towels and bedding provided by me :)

The kitchen is very well equipped for big family dinners. We are not big on electronic entertainment , only an amazing view to keep you occupied! The property is older style which is reflected in the price. Our first floor apartment is very spacious and comfortable .
