Havelock North is a 6 min drive. Napier and Airport 20mins.

Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for persons with fitness, mobility or serious health issues. Ahuriri , has great restaurants and small yacht harbour,and is within walking distance(1.2 km ) Napier is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and Art Deco architecture. If you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

Cheesemakers Retreat is set within the garden of the hosts home. Guests have their own private area screened from the rest of the property. Studio is self contained. Te Awanga Beach is accessible via a landscaped pathway down the side of our own house (about 30metres). The shingle beach is nicer at low tide. We are small dog friendly. (Charge applies)
