Tainui Retreat A beautiful, newly renovated two storey house in the heart of Havelock North. Just 15-20 minutes walk to the village. Warm and sunny, with a balcony off the living area and a secluded deck at the other end of the house with an outdoor table and couches. A garage is available for storage of bikes & golf clubs. The house is set up for adults. Our policy is for no children under 10. Out of consideration for our neighbours we have a quiet policy from 9 pm and strictly no parties.

Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for persons with fitness, mobility or serious health issues. Ahuriri , has great restaurants and small yacht harbour,and is within walking distance(1.2 km ) Napier is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and Art Deco architecture. If you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

Safe, quiet and private space, separate from the host. No shared spaces. Hot tub is by your entrance. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed, enjoy the garden outlook. Guests comment on their comfortable sleep. In the summer you are welcome to use our pool, stroll to Havelock village plus 3 acres of grounds and Bike trails at the gate. Perfect for business or short-term breaks.

Living in our bespoke tiny home will be a unique experience. You are bound to feel relaxed and at home here.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!
