We are a retired farming couple with one cute cat. Our purpose built first floor 100 sqm apartment is sunny, overlooks Te Mata Peak and its balcony provides stunning views over Orchards. Great care was taken in ensuring your every comfort. A private entrance situated next to our home with alarm gives complete privacy. In the summer you are welcome to use our pool, stroll to Havelock village plus 3 acres of grounds and Bike trails at the gate. Perfect for business or short-term breaks.

Aslantis - a stunning beach front oasis.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Wyatt House

Wyatt House is an 1890 Villa in a rural orchard setting 5mins from Havelock North Village. Set in established gardens with a swimming pool, trampoline, pétanque court; perfect for the whole family. With 2 ensuite bedrooms Wyatt House can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. Perfect for a Hawkes Bay summer with french doors opening out onto extensive decks. Conveniently, 3mins to the famous Hawkes Bay Farmers Markets & only a 10min drive to some of Hawkes Bays best vineyards.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Luxury Village Villa 2 mins walk to the village

The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. The Villa has been recently renovated and boasts a modern spacious kitchen opening out onto a large sunny deck. Both the main bathroom and ensuite are also new and feature roomy showers and heated towel rails. New A/c in King room and A/c in ensuite upgraded A/c in living areas.

Nestled between apple orchards and banks of the Ngaruroro River Positioned between Napier and Hastings in Hawke’s Bay, it offers the perfect retreat. Ideally located, it’s just 10–15 minutes to Napier, Hastings, and Havelock North, with HB Sports Park and EIT Pettigrew Arena in Taradale only minutes away. A perfect base for exploring the region! Good space for RV parking

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.

Frimley on the Park

A two bedroom house located on Frimley Park, with a close proximity to the Mitre10 Sports Park, Regional indoor Aquatic Centre and Hawke’s Bay Hospital. Nicely presented and set up for guests to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. This house opens out to a beautiful front yard which has direct access out to Frimley Park’s sports fields, beautiful established trees, stunning rose gardens and Frimley Park playground.

Little Walnut is a 10 min walk to HNth Village. A gorgeous & beautifully decorated, spacious self contained, stand alone unit. Lovely linen - super king bed, fully equipped kitchen (w coffee machine) & a big comfortable lounge. The shower is over bath with a separate toilet. Large outdoor area (BBQ incl) with a rural outlook under a giant walnut tree.

Kia Noho - tranquil, modern cottage in native bush

Welcome to Kia Noho. This very modern, private, architectural cottage is nestled in the middle of an acre of native bush. Located 3.5km from the centre of Havelock North, the home of many great restaurants and cafes. Also nearby are wineries, golf courses, cycle trails, and shopping.
