Sunset Suzys Tropical Retreat is located perfectly 15 minutes outside of Hilo town in a beautiful neighborhood called Hawaiian Paradise park.. It is located on a beautiful one acre lot, filled with fruit trees, green grass, green geckos, and tropical birds. There are no neighbors..Only trees, birds and the quiet hush of the wind and very secluded and private yard. This is a beautiful newer build with great attention to detail. This includes a private bedroom, bathroom and well-appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. This property is 10 blocks from high-cliff ocean, on the dead-end side of the street, with very little traffic. The lanai overlooks our 1-acre avocado orchard with 70 avocado trees, lychee, papaya, mango, banana, pineapple, mandarin, spinach and lemongrass. Please ask my husband, Jason, what is ripe.
