Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ruhe, Weite, Inspiration! Für kreatives Arbeiten und zum Erholen traumhaft gelegen. Unweit Berlin (1h), mitten im Naturschutzgebiet liegt die historische königliche Oberförsterei fast in Einzellage. Umgeben von Seen und Kanälen in unberührter Natur, die zu jeder Jahreszeit ihren eigenen Reiz hat. Das separate, sehr private, charmante Kutscherhaus des Anwesens bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Kamin sorgt zusätzlich für wohlige Wärme, ein großer Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum Grillen + Chillen ein.

Remise mit Weitblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Ländlich gelegen im kleinen Dörfchen Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45min süd-westlich von Berlin. Der große Gemeinschaftsgarten bietet genug Platz zum Entspannen. Unsere frisch-renovierte Wohnung in der ersten Etage lädt im modernen Stil zum Verweilen ein. Ebenfalls bieten wir einen Abholservice nach Absprache (bis 20km Umkreis) f. einen Aufpreis an. Pool sowie Whirlpool (draußen überdacht) gibt es bei uns natürlich auch und ist inklusive. Bitte uns vorher dazu ansprechen. 😊

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Enjoy the vibrant life in Prenzlauer Berg and Mauerpark on one side and relax in my quiet Studio Apartment when you need it. The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Full kitchen, toilet with shower, private entrance, & more. Beach, 150m away, full use of garden.

Als professionelle Geigenbauer haben wir Sinn für's Detail. In unserer Gästewohnung vereinen sich stilgetreue barocke Elemente aus der Entstehungszeit des Hauses mit einer möglichst modernen Ausstattung. Diese Kombination garantiert Authentizität und Gemütlichkeit. Bei der Renovierung haben wir versucht möglichst viel der Originalsubstanz zu erhalten. Warnung für Großgewachsene: Ein niedriger Deckenbalken aus dem Jahre 1775 durchkreuzt den Raum.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
