Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Great year round, whole house AC in the summer, heat and fireplace in the winter. Outdoor swings around a huge firepit. Steps to the lake. Fishing! Water rights, the boat ramp is one house away. Ten minutes to Havana for restaurants, shopping, river access. Dixon Mounds is 20 minutes north. Forty-five minutes from Peoria and one hour from Springfield. The sunsets and the peace and quiet are worth the stay. Pets are allowed, $75.

There is plenty of space in the back yard w/a partial privacy fence to enjoy the outdoors. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor & 1 full bathroom; 2 of the upper bedrooms are connected & you have to walk through 1 to get to the other. The main floor offers 1 queen bedroom & 1 full bath. Take a walk in this quaint neighborhood w lots of mature trees or relax on the front porch.

You will drive past a house that is up the hill from the beach house.
