It's 3 minutes walk to the RER A train station and it just takes 10 minutes by RER A to the CBD La Défense, 15 minutes to Avenue Champs-Élysées and 20 minutes to Paris city center Châtelet and Notre Dame de Paris. The apartment faces a green grassland and is very quiet at night. There is a Carrefour supermarket 200 meters away.
