Nous avons conçu ce studio indépendant au sein de notre résidence principale. Nous y avons porté une attention prononcée au choix des matériaux en respectant notre éthique écologique. Cosy, design and clean apartment of 40m2 located in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt city! It is located at 2 minutes walking distance from the closest metro station to visit Paris. And only at 10 minutes from Roland Garros Tennis Open and huge "Bois de Boulogne" park. The area, known as very safe, is accessible by metro line 10, bus 52 & 72. The apartment is surrounded by many gourmet shops and restaurants. It is located in the courtyard side of the building so you won't be bored by any noise!

Petit logement privatif (13m2) très bien équipé et décoré avec soin. Situé au RDC d'une maison, vue directe sur jardin. A 7 mn à pieds du RER A (20mn de l'Etoile), 10 mn Rueil 2000 dans quartier très calme. TV (Netflix et Amazon Video), WIFI + ethernet. Kitchenette équipée. Canapé lit "rapido" (vrai matelas haut de gamme, le canapé s'ouvre en un tournemain et l'assise est indépendante du matelas). Vous trouverez également tout le nécessaire pour un bon petit déjeuner. Stationnement gratuit.

The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour la vue, l'emplacement, l'ambiance, nombreux traiteurs dans la rue et alentours, stations de métros et bus. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.
