Great location and super clean! I would stay here again. The only thing is that the ceiling is maybe a little thin so you can hear people walking around on the top floor, so if you’re a light sleeper maybe book the top floor instead, but it wasn’t really an issue for me and my friends, just something to note. Overall we really enjoyed the space and would definitely stay here again.

We came across the Mermaid Cottage last minute on a quick getaway and it was the perfect spot to stay for us! Very eclectically decorated and a few steps away from the ocean 🌊. Also has a very nice, private porch with nice furniture for lounging. Jenni was an excellent and responsive host, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and cozy place when visiting Avon, NC.

Monica was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and seemed truly invested in making sure we enjoyed our stay and had a great visit to the OBX! Her place was very clean and just right for our needs, would return!

My fiancée and I stayed for a vacation. Location was great and right near the beach. The place looked even better than pictures and was a great stay. It was a peaceful and cute vacation spot.

We truly enjoyed our time at Eric’s. The home truly felt like home. Well stocked kitchen, with a lot of flatware, cooking seasons, and all the needed pots and pans. Everything was extremely clean, just as described. We all enjoyed the hot tub which was also pristine. A minute walk to the beach was the best, making the location perfect.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view was beautiful and loved that the beach was walkable distance. Would definitely love to come back!

Our stay at Timothy’s place was excellent. The weather was terrible during our stay due to a tropical storm, but the beautiful house made up for the weather. Timothy has thoroughly thought of every detail in the home. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a great outdoor space. There were plenty of televisions to keep everyone happy given the weather. The hot tub is frequently serviced and clean. It has a very nice outdoor tub as well. The outdoor showers are beautiful and well designed. He has hoses on every level to minimize tracking sand into the house. We felt very relaxed. We would definitely recommend Timothy’s place. Very responsive host. Timothy definitely cares about his property and the comfort of his guests. We would come back and recommend this house.

Absolutely loved our stay at Debbie's place. Its located in the most peaceful neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We felt right at home immediately. The house was clean, nicely decorated and just plan comfy! Would confidently recommend to anyone staying in the area!!

The place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house was pristine with lots of amenities and everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved the play room and the sand box. Monica was very easy to get ahold of during our check in. The hot water pressure for the showers was amazing! The house is located just a few minutes walk to the beach. It’s also close to plenty of food options and a grocery store. We would highly recommend this place to anyone! Would definitely stay again!

Clean space within walking distance to not only the pool but also the beach which was awesome for the kids! Definitely bring a wagon for the beach goodies and cooler to camp out with the waves for the day. The outdoor shower was awesome for keeping sand out and rinsing things off before putting them back in the car!

We had a fantastic stay at Gia’s Airbnb! The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay super comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to beach, a charming coffee shop, and a grocery store. Everything was convenient and well thought out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Fady's home was the perfect oasis for our family Spring Break get-away! The space was perfect for spending quality time with family and it had plenty of space for our dog to run around. The location is also excellent as it is super close to restaurants, mini golf and shops! We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was in a great convenient location. Very spacious. We did a lot of sight seeing so didn’t spend a whole lot of time on site but it accommodated all of our needs!

The calm waves is super cozy and has everything a family with young kids needs (including some toys and baby proofing). It is in a great location that feels very family friendly and short walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our second stay and we hope to visit again!

We had a lovely time at the Dancing Dolphin. It was our first time going to outer banks so I was a little nervous as I wasn’t familiar with where we were going. The condo was very clean and all the little extras like shampoo and conditioner in the showers, fresh towels, beach towels, and linens were an added bonus that made it more enjoyable! The beach equipment in the storage unit was a lifesaver! The owners were great to communicate with and we had a great time!

The condo and oceanfront balcony were wonderful for myself and 94 yr old mother. Check in was a breeze and settled right in. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The “desk” was great for my mother that enjoys doing puzzles and coloring books. The condo was comfortable and the beds were too. Joe was always very responsive when needed. We will definitely be coming back. Great condo with a beautiful oceanfront balcony.

Our stay was pretty perfect! The views were amazing and the condo was comfortable. Easily accessible, very close to a lot of really great places like Swells’a Brewing brewery, which is a 5 minute walk. Gene was very responsive and helpful, he made the stay a breeze! The condo was so clean and felt like home. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and comfortable space. Within walking distance of the beach and grocery. Everything I need was provided. Especially enjoyed the little balcony which gets nice light in the afternoon and evening. I’d come back.

Exactly as expected, pictures say it all! Very clean, easy to communicate with the host, well appointed condo. With 4 kids, it can be tough to find something everyone likes to do, no problem with the recommendations and coupons! Thank you!! We had a great stay for our trip to the beach. Condo was perfect for our needs, but as clean, and was close to both the beach and a variety of restaurants and shopping options either walking or within a very short drive. We would definitely stay again.
