San Juan: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

The place was nice and clean. Perfect for a quick 24hr stay before boarding our 7 day Royal caribbean cruise ship. Host is quick to respond and very helpful‼️ we got in late, but this place is in a nice neighborhood. Great neighborhood. We went to the local bar to have a drink and enjoy some music. It was walking distance. Had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place..

Nuestra estadía estuvo muy bien. Suzette nos ayudó a poder entrar un día antes por un improvisto nuestro. El apartamento es cómodo, acogedor y bien ubicado. Es genial que cuenta con parqueo propio. Buen internet. Cerca de restaurante buenos, cerca de los Malls y cosas qué hacer. Podría recomendar llevar earplugs para dormir ya que al otro lado de la calle a veces trabajan desde temprano, pero fuera de eso, el lugar, la ubicación y la ayuda de Suzette están geniales. Podíamos repetir la estadía sin duda.

The apartment was great, felt right at home. Very spacious. There’s always a guard at the lobby for security. Parking is the only tricky situation but we always managed to find parking on the side of the building. Has an elevator, and easy to get in to the apartment. Has a good city view. There is also a train right below that you might heard sometimes pass. The host also owns a boat that he gives private tours in and it was a great experience! Took us to a beautiful beach for the day and even provided snacks, food and soft drinks. We had an amazing time. The host is friendly and always responsive. Great place!

Great place and location, with a quick drive to San Juan. Everything was nice and clean and it had the amenities that I needed. The host was very responsive and helpful which I appreciated. I felt safe and comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. And just a tip: bring noise cancelling headphones or earplugs if you like quiet because roosters, cats and the adorable coqui can be loud at night in Puerto Rico--it's the norm, so be prepared.

My family needed a place to stay in San Juan for our summer vacation. Troy's place had everything we needed--covered secure parking, washer and dryer, multiple bathrooms, and most importantly, a location in the lowest-crime area in the San Juan area. There was plenty of room for the four of us (our kids are 22 and 20, so four adults), and the powerful air conditioning kept us nice and cool despite the sweltering weather.

This place was awesome. Literally, one of the best AirBnBs that I have rented. The place looked just like the photos. It was clean and it felt welcoming. The host was accommodating with early check-in and was very responsive anytime I messaged her. I would highly recommend if you want to have a pleasant stay.

Had a lovely stay at this unit. Equipped with solar panels so I never had to worry about losing power and you are 10-15 minutes away from everything in the metro area. Groceries, bars, restaurants, parks, shopping centers and even a hospital all within walking distance. Hosts were extremely kind and responsive if you have any questions. The garden is beautiful and you even have local parrots you can enjoy nearby. 10 out of 10, would do it again!

Samuel provides a beautiful home perfect for a trip to PR. Check in and check out was so easy and stress free. Even our ubers loved the home from the outside. The pool hours although they seemed unfair at first we really didn’t even want to be there past 6pm so it all worked out !!

This airbnb was perfect! Close to all attractions in PR, 10 minutes away from La Placita & SJU airport. 30 minutes away from Loquillo. I truly enjoyed this location, perfect patio & everything was exceptional. Jorge was a great host, was quick & responsive to all our needs. 10/10 recommend to stay here!

The place is as pictured. The host Lucy was very kind and made sure that everything was okay. My daughter got sick during our stay and Lucy volunteered to wash the blankets and the next day checked to see how my daughter was feeling. The neighborhood doesn’t look the best but we didn’t have any issues with the people there. This location is close to many activities if you have a car. The downside was that there wasn’t no outdoor sitting area to sit back and relax and take in the breeze or have a sip of tea. And the blackout with no generator. Hoping the food in the refrigerator doesn’t go bad and the unknown of when the power would go back on. Lucy offered an extension cord from her place next door to plug in a fan. Very thoughtful. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

Victor and Eileen’s place was beautiful, it felt like a relaxing retreat. Communication was great any time I had a question I had a response quick! They were both very nice and sweet, my family and I definitely had a great time here. The neighborhood feels safe and it is a great location not far from everything.

I don't even know where to begin with this review! About a day or two prior to arrival, I received the most detailed message with everything I needed to know, from a video recording of how to enter the premise, to eateries and things to do around the home which helped ease all our travel anxieties. On the day of arrival, we were left in awe with how pristine the home was. The photos don't even do justice! We loved how the hosts accommodated to our children with books, toys and even a stroller! This was so big for us since we opted to leave our stroller behind to minimize the amount of baggage we had. The home provided us with everything we needed and more for our weeklong stay. As frequent visitors to the island, we cannot wait to stay again at the Villa Casona. Thank you so much Noemi and Tony for your amazing hospitality.

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

I have been coming to PR for years and most of my stays are at Ashford imperial!! Robert, was AMAZING!! The condo is beautiful, just the right amount of furniture, clean, beautiful view, all the amenities you need, and more!!! This is the top 3 of my list of places to stay in the 15 years I have been coming here!!! Some people you can’t make happy as one of the reviews but trust me there were no roaches or other problems with our stay! He was accommodating and got us in right away since our flight arrived early in the am!! Thank you Robert for allowing us to stay in your place!! We will be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at José’s apartment. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, just steps away from the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. It's also very close to Ashford Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. José was a responsive and helpful host, providing clear instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Don't get me wrong. the place is in a great location in condado, Puerto Rico where it's walking distance to the placita. Pat did a great job of helping us through the power outage. however, we struggled the first day because the place didn't look like it did in the pictures and the building is dated and under construction.

Spent some very good time in the area. Place was great.. I only had to call Beatrice once during my stay And she took care of my issue right away.

Great stay and place for the price! Super responsive and even when I felt like an idiot they were always kind and helpful (note hot water for the shower is closest to the off side). Rooms were perfect for a quick visit and the area was super close to a supermarket which was so helpful to save on money. Great place highly recommend

We had a great stay! Even when there was an island-wide power outage on our last night, Ray was proactively informing us about what was going on and how to use the battery back up. That helped us feel reassured and avoided major inconvenience. Thank you, Ray!

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.
