Relax in clean comfort on Aberdeen Lake and the Tenn-Tom Waterway. Whether fishing in warm months or just watching the geese and ducks in the winter, it is quiet and cozy. The cabin was built in 2020 and features a ramp and steps to a screened-in porch complete with glider rockers/table, a kitchen/dining/living room area with two recliners, one being a lift chair, TV/WiFi, laundry area, bathroom with handicapped accessible shower, and a bedroom with a king size bed. Concrete open parking pad for 2 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Perfect for mature guests with lots of amenities provided!

Lakeside getaway situated right on a 24-acre, private lake that you'll have all to yourself. Beautiful large pine trees line the driveway and inside hunting mounts line the walls. Guests are welcome to fish, swim, and paddle the canoe and kayak around the lake. The lake is well stocked with bass and bluegill. Great place for a family vacation and pets are welcome too! Starlink WiFi provided. The property is 45min north of Mississippi State and 30min south of Tupelo.

Please note the house is close to the famous downtown train so you may hear the engine horn at night.
