This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a weeks stay at this beautiful flat and were all super sad to leave. The views and balcony are incredible, and such an amazing bonus to have. The flat is incredibly well kitted out and very comfortable. We loved the location, walkable to Hastings but loads of more local options too. Steven is a fab host, couldn’t ask for better. Helpful, flexible and proactive - this place is a real gem!

Perfect flat for our weekend stay in Hastings. The accommodation is just as per the photos, well equipped, with a nice shower, and a very comfortable bed as mentioned by previous guests in the reviews! We slept really well! Parking in the street was easy during the weekend. The flat is well located, very close to the train station, St Leonards high street - Kings Road - with lots of really nice restaurants, cafés and shops, and also very near the beach front and not too far from Hastings Old Town. Phoebe was a great host and gave us some local recommendations.

Great location in old town. Flat well equipped and comfortable. Alleyway entrance to flat is a bit dirty with bins which is a bit off putting when you arrive however flat more than makes up for it and Jane great host providing recommendations on where to eat. Went to the Crown and enjoyed the food and ambience.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

John was a great, friendly, and very helpful host. The apartment was so comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. A Perfect spot. Great outside space, on the beach and the back garden. Our Dog loved it too. They had thought of so much, i liked the box that contained dog blankets and towels. They had everything you needed for a dog guest too. It was a great weekend. Peaceful, relaxing, we loved exploring Pevensey and chilling in a lovely apartment. Thank you. We would love to stay again

Lovely stay close to where we needed to be. Lots of home comforts. Perfect for a weekend away.

Erg mooi en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Het is erg ruim en mooi. De kleine binnenplaats is ook erg fijn om in te zitten bij mooi weer. Marc reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Alleen de bedden zouden beter kunnen. Het ene bed heeft harde springveren en het andere zakt in het midden in. Maar voor de rest is het een heerlijke plek!

We stayed here for a week and it was a great location for us , the property was warm , clean and relaxing during our stay . Will definitely stay again when back in Hastings. Thank you .

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sarah was an Amazing host and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful house. Sarah's home was stunning and was so lovely to be near a wonderful big park.

Highly recommended gem of a place. This is why I started using AirBnB! Geoff was super helpful with loads of info on the place and surroundings. Rye is small so you can walk just about everywhere. Supermarkets and restaurants very nearby and amazing shops. Easy check in and Geoff was flexible with times. And they left is Prosecco, crips and bottled water, something you don’t get at many AiBnB’s. We had an amazing time and felt at home. This will be my first option if we’re in Rye again.

Great location as walkable to the beach and family friendly activities and cafés. The home was really comfortable and peaceful after a long day of tourist activities!

A superb apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, warm and spacious. Excellent modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Lovely garden too! A short walk to the prom. Sandra is an excellent and very helpful host, even providing earplugs in case you need them for the early morning road noise which might disturb light sleepers. We'd never been to Bexhill before so Sandra's apartment was a real find and made for a lovely few days on the Sussex coast.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place for our one night stay. Very comfortable bed and everything you need. Pretty garden in the sunshine. Alison extremely accommodating and friendly. I had an appointment at Queen Victoria hospital and the apartment was only 10 minutes away, making my trip less stressful. Also a great location for sightseeing.

Another wonderful stay at The Lookout! I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, private and expansive environment - it truly felt meant to be. Sam and Andy were such thoughtful hosts, making everything feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. I won’t forget this little chapter :)

Had a wonderful stay with a group of girls for my sister's 40th birthday. Everything was perfect Alison was a great host who made sure we had everything and also left us to enjoy our time there! Would definitely recommend.

We spent a lovely weekend staying at Kats apartment. It was well kitted out with lots of nice little touches like blankets and other items for the beach. I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Susan’s condo is fantastic. Immaculately clean, with wonderful views from the windows and the balcony. There are stairs to negotiate and parking can be a bit of a bugger, but you’re in close proximity to seaside attractions and the buses run frequently. She was also very friendly and responsive in her texts.
