‘SUNSET HAVEN’ located across the road from the beach. Totally renovated from top to bottom with views of the bay from the lounge room and kitchen. It contains 2 bedrooms, the main accommodates 2 guests and has its own ensuite. The second contains a double/double bunk bed sleeping 4 and sharing a seperate bathroom.There is a large lounge room that has 2 pullout couches allowing 2-4 guests.The property is fully air conditioned and a gas log fireplace. The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Beach Front haven Fisherman’s Beach Mornington

A delightful, pet friendly, 2 bedroom unit in a fabulous location. On the Esplanade and across the road from superb Fisherman’s Beach. Perfect for relaxing, swimming and all water activities. A 2 minute stroll to Lilo’s cafe and the Fisherman’s Beach boat ramp. A 10 minute walk to Main Street Mornington, parks, shops superb restaurants, pubs, cafes, parks, scenic walks and historic landmarks. Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars
