Cancleave has been in the family since 1962 and over the winter of 2020/21 it underwent complete reconstruction to create a modern, energy efficient and comfortable property. The property occupies an incredible location in beautiful North Cornwall, on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay. Its only 500 metres from Crooklets Beach where there is a lovely beach cafe and pubs and restaurant. Bude town centre is a short walk away.
