Leave your packing to a minimum as this home is stocked with all the essentials for your stay. Also, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars in Grove City & about 15 minutes from downtown Columbus! Please keep in mind that the upstairs can be warmer in the summer months due to the age/design of the home. We have a window a/c unit & fan to help!

This is an Apartment on the end of a house. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the garden of flowers, trees, fruits, and vegetables. This quaint space is private and has its own entrance. There is no access to the main part of the home. You may occasionally see me or my husband out in the garden. We are a quiet couple. Your patio area is private. You may pick from the garden. We enjoy visiting if you like. The home does have cats and we do share ventilation.

We live on a quiet 5 acre lot in the country, 1 mile north of I-70 and offer a 1,200 sq. ft. lower level apartment with private access through the garage. No cleaning fee charged. Space includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 single bed), kitchen, living room, bath and access to the backyard. Coffee, tea and snack are provided. Stores and restaurants are within 10-15 min., 1 mile to a Columbus metro park, 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to the airport.
