Harpeth River: soggiorni in cottage

We had an amazing stay! Host was always super helpful and responsive if needed. Home was just as wonderful as described. Many places within walking distance to check out and very close to downtown Nashville which made it very convenient. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

Private and cozy didn’t feel like you was in the city

We loved our college roommates ladies' weekend at this cottage. The back porch swing and hot tub were great for catching up in. Valerie left thoughtful items around the home--music, timed candles, twinkle lights, complimentary goodies and some for purchase, bathrobes, lots of towels and wash cloths. Beautiful backyard view. We enjoyed shopping and eating in Nolensville and Franklin.

This Nashville Airbnb was a fantastic find! The location was truly ideal – it felt central to everything I wanted to do. The convenience of being a quick rideshare to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena was a huge plus. There were some great restaurants within easy walking distance, which was perfect for evenings when we didn't want to venture too far. and breakfastThe space itself was also very clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a well-located and convenient base for their Nashville trip!

Courtland Cottage was just perfect for our needs. Veronica was extremely fast on responding back with any questions. The house is on a quiet dead end street close to grocery stores & fabulous restaurants.

Our stay at the Rose Cottage was perfect and cozy like staying at your Grandma’s house! Everything was close by within walking distance and Susan was very quick to respond anytime we needed anything. There’s also a smaller property in the back that is also super cute if a smaller space is needed. I would definitely stay here again !

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.

It was a homecoming for my wife and I, we used to live in TN for 6 years & haven't been back since 2018. We adopted our 4 street dogs from Nashville & Memphis, all of them near the end of their life (age, arthritis, cancer, you name it). Plus we added two little daughters. This was a perfect place to get back to our "roots" and enjoy Tennessee. Kids enjoyed their rooms, we all slept great. It was February so weather was raining more than half the time but when it wasn't we certainly enjoyed the grounds. The creek is just great for a 7yo & 4yo to play in (safe and shallow). Perfect country get away for city dwellers. Thanks Josh!

Would absolutely stay here again. Walkable to Main Street, Franklin, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Walkable to a nice park with running paths for me and my pup. Felt right at home. Got a great nights sleep, great water pressure in the shower, beautiful back yard- note it is not fenced in, but still lovely.

Can’t say enough about Jenny and the @Cozy Cottage”. Jenny left a book with a bunch of recommendations and she let us know if we needed anything else or information about the area she was there. Her place was so cozy and clean and had everything you needed plus more. The covered porch with the swing was perfect to sit out on with a beverage or nothing and watch the sunset. It was quiet and peaceful and would love to stay again. Jenny and her husband are great hosts and loved that they fly the American Flag in all their homes (being veterans it was nice). Loved our stay for the 2 weeks!

We recently stayed at this magical cottage and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The whole atmosphere of the place was truly enchanting. The cottage itself was cozy, well-maintained, and full of charm. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking, and we loved taking leisurely walks and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, our time at the cottage was simply magical. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a peaceful retreat.

We were very comfortable at Tina’s place. She was very flexible with check in, and gave thorough instructions. It was a bargain for something that close to downtown Nashville.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and inviting farmhouse! The description of the location and amenities was completely accurate, and all our needs were thoughtfully met—from extra blankets to cooking utensils, pots and pans. Everything needed for grilling was provided, including charcoal, and even bug spray was available. The host was warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive—usually replying within minutes. In summary, great accommodations and a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

House is clean and quaint and as described. I liked the neighborhood — a mix of historic and modern. Felt safe and quiet. I was there for a conference that was downtown and used uber several times and would usually run $8-$15 depending on time of day. Saved a lot by avoiding the pricey hotels and parking.

Darrell & Bevs place is a little slice of paradise just outside the city! We were only in town for the weekend for our daughter's cheer competition. Darrell met us on site. He gave us clear instructions, expectations and walked us through the house to show us the little extras he had available like fans, the wifi code, and such. This home has all the comforts of home and then some! From lots of extra cozy blankets to snacks, fans, a pack & play, a well stocked kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking a variety of meals & my personal favorite, a double kurig. 😂 Single pod on one side and a full coffee pot on the other. The screen in porch on the front of the house was a huge hit with my 3 kids. It rained pretty much our whole stay and the kids were still able to sit on the porch and enjoy the outside. The beds were very comfortable as well. It's located close enough to town for convenience, but far enough away to enjoy peace. Local instacart & food delivery is available as well!

Like many reviews on Mary and Joe’s place, this truly felt like home away from home, like I stepped into my mother’s cottage if she had one. The house is cozy, well-stocked, and very close to a grocery store and restaurants and the yard is very cute. Mary was very responsive and we felt very well taken care of. Great shower pressure and comfortable bed too.
