The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Hidden Gem is a delightful 3 bed house with a free off street parking space dedicated to guests and a private walled garden with Cathedral views. Our gorgeous converted Tiny House offers you a cosy and comfortable getaway in one of the most scenic and historic corners of rural Wiltshire, just a couple of miles outside Salisbury. The house is situated within a private walled garden and the view looks across water meadows bordering the River Avon, towards the city's cathedral. The Tiny House is compact but perfectly designed to be cosy, (under floor heating and a log burner) comfortable and have everything you need for your stay.

A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket Waitrose and other stores. Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.

I provide this small annexe ,purpose built, at the side of my house with its own private entrance, parking outside. It provides a double bed in clean bedroom with TV .There is an en suite bathroom with shower , basin and toilet . Towel provided. There is a small lobby / storage area with microwave, small fridge , toaster and Kettle . I provide cereal , bread , butter , marmalade , marmite , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , peppermint tea and oat milk .
