This was my second stay at Millicent's place and my second review. Millicent never disappoints and we now regard her place as our second home. The location and service are just excellent and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a nice and cosy home to book this place. We will certainly be back as this is indeed a home far from home. Keep up the brilliant service Millicent.

Idyllic family home with tennis court and pool

Wir hatten einen mehrwöchigen Aufenthalt in Petras Haus und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist sauber, sicher (Alarmanlage und geschütztes Grundstück) und bietet einen schönen Garten mit Pool zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das stets freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie die gute Erreichbarkeit und Unterstützung durch Petra – sie war immer ansprechbar und sehr engagiert. Die Lage zur Universität von Simbabwe und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist hervorragend. Dank der Photovoltaik-Anlage hatten wir durchgehend Strom, was sehr angenehm war und in Harare keines Selbstverständlichkeit. Das zur Verfügung stehende Internet ist völlig ausreichend um zu chatten oder Mails zu versenden. Beim Streamen braucht man etwas Geduld. Die drei auf dem Grundstück lebenden Hunde sind lieb und folgsam.

Beautiful place, great neighbourhood, nice garden with a pool and tennis, basketball courts etc. wonderful place to just sit and relax. I had everything I needed. This was my second stay and I would definitely come back again. Dura 4 was just amazing.

A large home with large garden friendly helpful housekeeping and suitable for a large group ( we were 7) and children. Shopping amenities simple & local, with good local restaurants etc. excellent laundry facilities too. local taxis easy to book to visit other areas. very helpful guide to the area

Definitely Hilda and Gidget are a great host, I would unreservedly recommend the place for any traveller looking for a peaceful, out of town stay. My stay was excellent and truly memorable

The Haig Palace

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautiful, with stunning interiors and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our favorite part was definitely the garden — a perfect spot to relax and unwind with friends and family, surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful nature vibe. The location was ok conveniently close to places like Westgate and Mabelreign shops. A huge thank you to the amazing hosts who made us feel so welcome! Their communication was excellent, and they were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The caretaker, who stays at the back, was also very friendly and respectful of our space while always being happy to assist with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Tranquil Gated Airport Retreat

My family and I enjoyed our stay . He was very proactive even with the crazy request to switch on the water fountain because my son loved it and wasn’t patient to wait 😂, he will do it without hesitation. When I travel I strive for my family to be safe and have a clean environment and this place was just that. I know for sure we’ll be back and hoping to stay longer this time . I wish you all the best and looking forward to our next stay!!

Dear George and Pauline, Thank you for hosting us during our three-week vacation. Although you were away, we had an amazing time staying at your Airbnb. The hospitality we received was immeasurable. I can highly recommend your place to anyone looking for a place to stay during their vacation in Zimbabwe. Next time, be prepared because we will be back!
