Hancock: soggiorni in cottage

My stay at the cottage was such a nice way to ring in my 31st birthday. I booked the house 5 days before our stay due to our initial airbnb reservation falling through the cracks and I am so glad it did in hindsight. This place had everything you could ask for, a hot tub, indoor fireplace, in close proximity to Woodstock, comfy beds + hangout areas. Overall our stay was so peaceful and everything we were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to book your stay!

We had a wonderful time at Amanda’s place. We just needed a quick get away to relax and it was perfect! The place is in a great location very quiet, beautiful trails to walk on plenty of restaurants to order from and lots of other things to do very close by and the place was immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Amanda was a great host and responded immediately to any questions and it was also perfect for our dog who loved the fenced in backyard and really enjoyed the walks on the trails. The hot tub and fire pit were a bonus and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. Overall, a great spot to spend time and I would recommend it to anyone who just wants to get away be comfortable and enjoy all that Saratoga has to offer. I stayed at Tania’s place for a college reunion weekend with 12 guests. Her home was exceptionally clean and easy to get inside. Tania was super responsive throughout. My group enjoyed the location between 2 different ski mountains. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house is gorgeous right on the lake in the winter was so beautiful. The home was clean and had everything you needed. Absolutely loved Catherine’s guidebook so well written and amazing communication. I would recommend this stay for anyone who loves a staycation!! Thank you for an amazing weekend! 💕

The Cottage at Blackberry River Inn was beautiful and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Breakfast was included and wonderful. This place is a gem and we will be back for sure.

Heidi's house is a wonderful find in the area! It's close enough to the town for restaurants but also peaceful and very close to hiking in the mountains. Her place was comfortable, very clean and had a lovely yard. We felt very much at home and would absolutely recommend staying here!

My daughter and I loved our stay so much. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful. I loved listening to all the bird song and my daughter loved the fish! Such a cozy, comfortable home. We loved our relaxing time here. Gabriele is a fabulous host, so responsive and so kind. Thank you!!

Lenore’s Place made us feel right at home. The cozy fireplace setting is perfect for a cold day. Lenore even baked delicious fresh banana muffins and was so gracious. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The decorating was very well done. This space provided a very tranquil one night stay for us.

We've stayed at Jenna's home a few times. Each of our visits have beeen wonderful. Her home is pristine, extremely comfortable, and very well thought-out for easy use by guests. The kitchen is very well equipped. Things like thoughtful labels on light switches, quality linens, very comfortable mattresses, nice towels, a complete lack of clutter while still being thoughtfully decorated, always makes us feel very comfortable in this space. The area is very peaceful and quiet. We will gladly continue to return!

We were in the area to hike and loved our stay so much we wish we had more time in the cottage! The home is cheery and unique with a sunroom with views of a waterfall. We saw hawks, heron, and songbirds from the windows. It was so relaxing!

I visited this beautiful place for valentines weekend and it was absolutely amazing, nice and clean kitchen equipped with all you need if you want to cook and the rooms were nice and cozy. Also this is a lake house so you have a beautiful view and you can enjoy outside too. We had a great time. I would only suggest to get the drive way clean from the ice/snow during winter time it was a little bit dangerous walking to our cars.

What a beautiful space — pictures don’t fully do it justice. We had a great time and Molly and Gregg were above and beyond friendly.

I stayed at Rachel’s place for a month , the wooded private location made this ideal for getting away and having peace and quiet and serenity. The cottage was cozy and perfect for a couple or small family . There are local restaurants and a cute town about 8 mins away , great food also . At night the sky is Soooo clear most days and you can see every single star in the sky unlike the city . It’s great for people that enjoy nature , and rustic lifestyles . January was pretty brutal so if you don’t like cold weather don’t come in January lol . Rachel was very accommodating and pleasant to interact with . I would definitely recommend.

The White Bunny Cottage is a lovely house that was super clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a great stay. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Lisa was always very quick to respond to all of our communications. She was always kind and professional when communicating with us. The house has a nice location within the Sleepy Hollow Lake community. It sits off the road a bit and surrounded by trees which makes it nice and private. Beds and furniture are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Airbnb photos accurately represent this beautifully decorated home. There is plenty to do in the area or you can just stay at the home and enjoy the deck, firepit and indoor gas fireplace! We already booked another stay in June. Thank you Lisa and Gabrielle for sharing your home and ensuring that we felt safe and comfortable.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Michelle’s place. We woke to 8 inches of snow in April, so made good use of the fireplace. We enjoyed exploring the area, found several fun places to ride our mountain bikes and showed our daughter another part of Massachusetts away from her college.

Megan’s place was perfect for our trip back to upstate. We left the air bnb wishing we could just live there as it was perfect for our family. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future

Philip and Liza’s place was one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever. If you want a sterile mostly empty space that looks and feels like a display room at Ikea, this is not for you. But if you’re looking for cozy, full of character, beautiful surroundings, and the best cat host ever, you should definitely stay here. (If you’re not a cat person, that’s fine—Claus isn’t actually IN the space, but if you are, it’s definitely a bonus to be able to hang out with him in the adorable garden.) No, there isn’t a kitchen, but there’s delicious food within walking distance and a mini fridge thoughtfully stocked with some snacks and beverages. Bed was very comfortable. Bring your own ground coffee if you’re a coffee drinker (or walk down the street to get some). Easy to find and easy to park. Philip and Liza are super friendly and helpful, and thought of everything.

Suzy's cottage was impeccably clean and beautiful! Perfect for a cozy weekend in the Berkshires, and not far from Great Barrington and other towns. We ended up being there over a snowstorm, and Suzy proactively reached out to let us know people would come and plow the driveway, so we didn't need to worry about it. And she offered us late check out! Would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect for a family weekend. Fit all 7 of us and a dog comfortably. Place was clean and well kept. Everything organized and easy to use.

We were staying at Maria's for our daughter's wedding. Not the most relaxing of events but Maria's was our home base and peaceful tranquility. We wanted for nothing as it was all provided for us with her accommodations that felt like home.
