Our stay was outstanding overall….stunning views, quiet/ private, close to walking path, private beach and the space was well- appointed, comfortable and clean. We loved hearing the waves and watching the sun rise AND set each day— so peaceful. There are stairs to access entryway, but it wasn’t a problem at all and parking was always available. There is a pool to use, just steps away ( also quiet) and all within a short drive to amazing restaurants, beautiful beaches, great hikes, farmers’ markets and lovely Hanalei. We would love to return and highly recommend!

Our stay entire stay has been amazing! We explored the Secret Beach, went snorkeling, and even spotted whales from the living room— such a magical moment! To top it off, I captured some stunning Milky Way photos that I’ll treasure forever. This trip and stay has truly been a dream come true. Mahalo for the unforgettable experience!

We loved staying in Princeville only 10 minutes to Hanalei. The view is outstanding from morning to night. We really enjoyed the lounge at the resort when we didn’t feel like going into town or cooking, there was live music which was nice. We would stay here again no question. Mahalo!

We spent 4 nights at Evans’ place and we had a great time! We could have stayed longer! We though that it js a perfect base to discover the island. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean, we felt right at home. We felt comfortable in the house and we could use the common spaces freely (kitchen, living room, garden). Evans was very helpful and kind. He also offered us great local tips (for beaches, hikes, restaurant), he gave us beach towels, a beach blanket and trekking poles. His flatmate Collin is also very nice and friendly. Princeville where the house is located is a lovely and calm place. In the mornings/evenings we sometimes went for a walk in the neighborhood. At the moment there are albatross babies in the neighborhood which was quite special. We hope to return one day and can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone else!

Wonderful place for a family vacation. Has everything you need for a beach holiday and fully stocked kitchen is a huge plus. Great view!

Tom’s updated room was perfect for us. The walk-in shower, a/c, counter space, and two mini fridges were great. The parking pass was conveniently located on the counter in the room. We loved being close to the ocean, pool, tiki bar, and grilling area. We were always able to find a lounge chair on the beach and pool. People walked regularly on the sidewalk in front of us, but we expected that and felt far enough away. The landscaping at the resort was beautiful and many of the plants were labeled. The plants around our room provided privacy by the side window and even the patio area. We took advantage of the water bottle re-fill station by the front desk in the lobby, as well as Coconut Marketplace, which was steps away, for their restaurants, shops, and ABC store. We would not hesitate to recommend this Airbnb to family and friends.

Quite condo with what felt like a private beach area. Plenty of cooking supplies although no spices or oil so bring your own. Bed was very comfy, nice to have ac.

The location is great, in between North & South. So traveling is not bad to see all the best parts of Kauai. They are also very accommodating since our flight was delayed 3 hours. They helped us stay a little longer. My sister have a toddler and she was so happy that it is so kid friendly from sand toys to bowls and utensils. Thank you we had a great time.

Puu Poa did not disappoint! The condo was spacious with great views of the ocean.

This home was beautiful with amazing views, in excellent condition, and a very safe neighborhood. We loved having guidebooks available inside, extra blankets and pillows, clean kitchen, and even Netflix for late nights!

So nice to stay here again! Everything was perfect. The house is so clean and organized. We spent a wonderful week here relaxing and listening to the waves. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

2nd time staying on this property, first time in this unit. Beautiful and loved the decor! Great place for spring break with our family. One of the more nicer units too as we compared with other units or family were in. Super convenient location in Kapaa, great resort to stay at, great pool access and fantastic host!

My fiancée and I stayed here while exploring Kauai and it’s by far our favorite airbnb! It’s always a great feeling when the airbnb is even nicer than the photos. We loved drinking our morning coffee and walking outside to enjoy one of the best views Kauai has to offer. The airbnb is in a great location and was clean, quiet and relaxing. It’s close to beaches, shops, restaurants and hiking trails - which we enjoyed everyday. We explored the entire island and Princeville is by far our favorite area. We will definitely stay here again!

Hands down our best Airbnb experience ever, the house is better than the photos, was clean, comfortable and right on a beach with a wonderfully well kept and large yard. It was a pleasure to come back to it each day after exploring the island. That said, what made the trip exceptional was the host, Kendall was a pleasure to interact with, always responsive and super helpful regarding the house and the area, made several recommendations and even called local resources to confirm that certain parks were open or closed during our stay. We can highly recommend staying here, no regrets.

Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Ocean Views! Our family of four had an amazing stay! The space was perfect for us- comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed to feel like home. Best of all—the incredible ocean view! We could hear the waves crashing from the unit and were even lucky enough to see whales jumping and splashing in the ocean and a seal napping on the beach below—such a special experience! The beds were super comfy, and the spacious bathtubs were great for relaxing. Our kids loved the huge pool and waterslides (so did we!). The location was ideal—close to the airport, with easy access to both the north and south of the island. A grocery store across the street made stocking up easy, and there were tons of fantastic food options nearby. To top it all off, our host, Lisa, was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring a stress-free stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌊🏝️✨

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this condo. We have stayed at Hanalei Bay Resort in the past and enjoy the natural beauty and location of the complex itself. This lower level unit has amazing views, a great lanai, and is furnished with almost all the things you would hope to have. A boogie board would have been an added bonus. The only thing I think others may want to know before renting this unit is that there is a door that passes through to another unit next door. The door was closed for our stay, but we could hear the neighbors comings and goings and conversations very clearly. Fortunately, during our stay, the neighbors were considerate of this and it wasn't much of an issue. Overall I would highly consider renting this unit again.

We just spent a week in Paradise at Billy’s place and it was amazing! The condo was perfect for our family of four as we explored Kaua’i for the first time. It was stocked with almost everything you could need for an island adventure…beach towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards, hats, etc. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and having washer and dryer was super helpful. The artwork in condo was super cool and eclectic too. The views were even more stunning in person and we spent every morning/night sitting on the patio listening to waves and spotting whales. Truly magical. The grounds and area around condo were equally gorgeous. We felt right at home here and Billy and Emil were great hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again to visit this special island. Thank you for having us!

Devaki’s place is perfect for a laid back stay in Hanalei. It is less than a block to the beach and yet it’s private. It is larger than the photos would lead you to believe. She has everything you could possibly need to live like a local. Great view of the mountains and surrounded by a pretty garden. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Sherri place it was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. Sherri was always quick to respond with any questions that we had and was very helpful.
