There aren’t enough words to describe how perfect this spot is. I’ve stayed here a few times now, while visiting my son at Amherst College, and Cathy & Greg are the perfect hosts. The attention to detail is spot on, the location to the school is perfect, and Cathy is extremely responsive to any questions you might have. The house has everything you could ever need and is always clean, inviting and well stocked. I love to cook so I appreciate the well stocked kitchen! I even arrived this past weekend to flowers and a card for my birthday! They are such genuinely nice people. You will definitely enjoy your stay here. Thank you for hosting us. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay in Amherst! Niels' suite was perfect for our group of 3. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the two en-suite bathrooms were well-equipped with toiletries, towels, and everything you'd need. The suite had gorgeous views of the surrounding area; although we encountered unusually cold temps and some rain, it would have been lovely to sit out on the deck and enjoy that view! But we were quite cozy inside :) Highly recommend if you are in the area - Niels' place is welcoming and very well designed for guests.

Very easy to get in and quiet place to stay last minute

The apartment was great! We stayed there for two weeks with a family of four. There was a lot of space in the apartment and it was very cosy. The house itself is old, so you can sometimes hear the host upstairs. Otherwise it is totally calm and you can hear the birds. The apartment was within easy walking distance to the centre. Jess was an amazing host from checkin to checkout. We’d definitely book again. We loved it!

Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it! It was pristine and exactly as pictured. Great location for the valley and lots of yummy restaurant options nearby.

This home had everything you needed and more! They put much thought into it! Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful products to use in the bathroom. They even provided laundry detergent sheets. They had many games to play and even books to read! They also thought of having extra phone chargers in case you forgot yours. We loved the electric fireplace, made it extra cozy. Overall it was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in!

Janis has been an amazing host and her place is lovely. We had some questions for her before coming and she was super responsive and helpful. I'd absolutely recommend her place for anyone staying in the area! I'll definitely come again.

We were in town visiting my son who goes to school in Boston. The views were gorgeous and the area is great for long walks. The space was exactly as described with all the amenities. Would love to come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the lake.

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

Judy was a great host and offered us a great stay. She was very responsive and aided us in a wonderful trip. I would definitely recommend.

Our work crew said that they found Bob's place full of old-world charm while also providing all the modern necessities. If you're looking for a hip TikTok hang, this may not be the place for you, but if what you want is a clean, comfortable home for relaxing or remote work, Bob's place is highly recommended. It was a welcome respite from long workdays. Bob was easy to work with and the photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Bob even made sure the drive and walk areas were snow and ice free during their stay. Thanks Bob!

Perfect house for traveling with a toddler and family! Beautiful backyard with views of Mt. Tom and lots of books and toys for our kiddo.

My friend and I had a lovely two-night stay at Julie's place. The house is the perfect retreat—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully located. We especially enjoyed the evenings by the wood-burning stove and long, leisurely breakfasts on the porch while listening to the river. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with high-quality pillows and bedding—we both slept so well! I would definitely love to come back someday with my husband to enjoy the peace and quiet, as well as everything else the Berkshires has to offer. My family had a fantastic stay! We were only a few minutes from Six Flags, and the place was so cozy and comfortable. The kids loved playing upstairs and enjoyed all of the little touches to the place, like the hanging chair, the cave bed, and the buildable cushion forts. We were close to the Forest Park zoo and the Dr. Seuss museum as well, so we had a wonderful few days with the perfect place to come back and relax after all of our ventures.
