A five minute walk to the CBD, Botanical Gardens and the walking trail of the Grange Burn with its platypus viewing area. The kitchen is well equipped with a new 900 mm gas and electric stove and all essential appliances. A separate dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed and built in wardrobes. A pleasant north facing room at the rear is ideal for relaxing in the sun.

Cottage in Dunkeld with stunning mountain views. Ideal for couples, friends and families (up to 6 people) who love bushwalking and relaxing in comfort. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining shower and basin, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 king single beds. It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.
