Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. From the generous ground floor entry, a romantic spiral staircase will lead you to two beautifully decorated floors, with a street facing balcony.

Freo Limestone studio

The limestone studio, full of Freo character, is conveniently located close to the rich cultural life Freo has to offer; beaches, cafes and historic Freo with galleries and music. All are within walking distance. There are also several buses to take one into the heart of Freo and to the train station. The studio at the back of the main house has access to a screened private area of garden with a little deck, a weeping mulberry tree and some native plants.

Cottage on King

Cottage on King is situated in an historical part of East Fremantle's Plympton Ward. Our home is an original 1905 worker's cottage which has been renovated and extended. The rented space is part of the original cottage with my main residence connected to the back of the rented space. It is situated less than 100 metres from George Street cafe's, bars and restaurants and the Swan River. Close to the beach, public transport and Fremantle.

Private & Airy Garden Studio

The self contained studio is fresh and bright with a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.

Peaceful, self contained unit

This unit is comfortable, air conditioned & fully self contained, private deck & garden. Car park is at the front of the property. Your unit is through a gate and down a slightly sloped mulch pathway. 10 min drive to South Beach, 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away.
