We are located at the foot of lookout mountain. The space is also a 3 minute walk to charming Historic St. Elmo, where you will find, Mr. T's pizza, The famous Incline railway, restaurants, boutiques, yoga, rock climbing, salon, a relaxing salt cave, ice cream parlor, a local brewery & so much more!

The Carriage House

In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1930 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.
