We love our stay at the lil cozy spot! The house was spacious, clean and inviting. Tracie’s communication was extraordinary and in multiple occasions she went above and beyond to show us her marvelous hospitality. There were added bathroom/comfort amenities in the bedrooms and bathroom, a snack-stocked kitchen, clearly noted (and very simple) guest expectations and easy check in/check out. The house was very conveniently located to the downtown area. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in the Cincinnati area!

Such a nice cozy place to stay. The home was very comfortable and welcoming after long days at hospice. Victor was very accommodating and let us extend our stay. Victor responded to all inquiries rapidly, graciously, and patiently.

The backyard was great for the kids and dogs and the house was cozy with lots of room for guests.

Enjoyed our stay at Ellen’s property. We were here for a basketball tournament. It was perfect for our crew and senior dog. Very clean, well maintained home. It had all we needed. Ellen was kind enough to grant us a late checkout when our game was pushed back.

The house was perfect for our stay. The location was minutes from everything we did on this stay. Neighborhood was quiet and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house is on a quiet one-way street and though we only had one car, there was easily room for another. The space was clean and comfortable, check-in was super easy, and Yiwei was a great communicator throughout our stay.

Excellent Stay Near the Hospital I had a great experience staying at Covenant. The location was perfect—very close to the hospital, which was essential for me. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I requested extra hangers and some additional cleaning, and everything was arranged the same day. I also needed a late check-out, and they kindly extended my stay until 6 PM without any issues. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay with excellent service. Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend at "The Kimberly " weather was beautiful definitely enjoyed the morning sun coming through windows while drinking coffee in the cozy part of Covington, Ky. I would definitely recommend staying again for summer events 👌.

There’s a reason we’ve returned here repeatedly. The location can’t be beat and the space has everything one could want during the stay. Included parking is a nice bonus and Ron or his team are responsive if you need anything.

Beautiful and comfortable, great location, helpful hosts

I bring a group of internationals to this area every year and this is where we stay. There were fifteen of us this time. The house is big enough to accommodate us all, even though most of us were not related to each other. It's an old house, but with a modern kitchen and modern bathrooms (three and a half of them, which is important for a group our size). Alexander has always worked well with us. We had a minor glitch in the house this time, but he took care of the problem right away while we were gone.

Stayed a couple nights while working in town. The bedroom was roomy and the bathroom was clean. The kitchen had everything I needed for meal prep and plenty of room in the fridge. The coffee provided got my day started off right. I sat in the kitchen one evening to eat and conduct some business. The host gave me the privacy I needed to make phone calls and eat my diner.

The property was absolutely stunning. Everything looked identical to the photos. The kitchen was very clean, very organized & fully stocked with everything you need to cook. My family & I enjoyed every minute & we will be back. Also the host was quick to respond & extremely helpful!

This lovely, large, very clean, upscale house was perfect for our family. The listing and pictures are accurate. We loved the open-concept living area and well-equipped kitchen. This place has everything you need, and then some. Easy entry and great communication with Jason. We all enjoyed a wonderful experience here.
