Also very close are LeTourneau University and the medical district, including both Christus Good Shepherd and Longview Regional hospitals. Conveniently located just off Hwy 80 between Longview and Hallsville, minutes from Loop 281 & I-20. The kitchen has basic cooking and eating utensils, dish soap and towels. Washer and dryer with laundry soap provided for your convenience. 1 towel per guest is provided. The living room has a smart TV for airplay and casting. The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.
