We are 2 minute walk to the great walking trails and views of York Redoubt, 7 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more. 15 minute drive to downtown Halifax, and 40 minutes from the Halifax airport. Welcome to our newly renovated, fully furnished downtown space. A large dining/living area overlooks the historic churchyard in Halifax's Grand Parade. A spacious and quiet back bedroom (with a new Endy mattress) ensures you will be rested for the next day's outings. Air conditioned throughout with 2 temperature zones. There is a large kitchen, as well as a new washer/dryer. With plenty of closet space, this comfortable upstairs apartment is suitable for longer term stays and short visits!

This summer home is located at the head of Herring Cove; there is 48m of waterfront. Have fun exploring, roaming the rocks or kayaking the Cove of this private shore. We have a kayak for your pleasure. Enjoy the spectacular view from the hot tub or the spacious deck. Herring Cove has much to offer with its hiking, sight seeing, simply sitting at the dock, or visiting our popular Pavia Cafe. It is a 15 minute drive to Downtown. This is a great spot for cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts.

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

The house is 1300 ft2. There is a heat pump for heating and cooling, the woodstove is not for guest use.

The Alex Mclean House is a two-and-a-half storey Georgian style house. It is located on Hollis Street in Downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia and is one of the oldest house on the block. Please read: Our family of three live upstairs with two dogs who bark from time to time. You can expect some normal noise, we provide earplugs and a sound machine for extra comfort. Relax in a private cozy basement basement apartment with separate entrance and parking, just across from Hatchet Lake with tons of nature and trails around. Sleeps four comfortably with two queen beds. Sorry, no pets, our pups upstairs have the furry quota covered!
