🔨 Heads up: We’re currently making improvements to the property and there’s a chance of construction activity nearby on weekdays between 8am–4pm for the next few months. The Cabin - Ski House near Windham

The Cabin is set back, secluded, unbelievably cozy and wonderfully romantic. It's a place to reconnect and recharge, to listen to the river and hear the wind through the trees and indulge in slow lunches and long walks and truly marvel at the Catskills. There's hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain fresh air and dark, starry nights. This is a house, and you can treat it as such. But if you let go, and give in to the energy of a space created with love, this will feel like home.

Our cozy little cottage is tucked away adjacent to the woods. This single floor 650sf apartment is a perfect place to unwind, build a bonfire, & enjoy the nature that surrounds you. Wake up in the morning to watch deer while enjoying your coffee on the porch. Main St. Tannersville is only an 8 min walk; with its nice selection of restaurants & shops. Hunter Mountain & Kaaterskill Falls are within a 10 min drive . Woodstock, Saugertise, Windham, Catskill & Kingston are within a 35 min drive.

Welcome! Stony Clove Cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. There are 2 queen beds and a bunk bed for children only. Located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, just 2 hours 15 mins from NYC. Two great ski mountains, Hunter and Belleayre, are each 15 minutes away. Close to amazing hiking trails. Experience the serenity of the woods and still be close to town. We're on the side of Mt. Guardian just 5 minutes from The Cub Market & 10 minutes from the Village Green. Hike up to the viewpoint from the front door, take a leisurely walk at Cooper Lake, take a dip at a local swimming hole, or just relax on the porch and watch the wildlife stroll by. Cozy Treehouse in Catskill Mountains.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.
