Could not express enough how much we loved this place. My wife and 4 kids would have stayed a lot longer, there’s so much to do on and off the resort everything was perfect. Definitely staying here again!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Bare war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war toll und in der Umgebung findet man alles nötige.

매일 매일 아침마다 조식 먹을수 있고 청소 서비스 이용 가능하고 냉장고에 물이나 음료를 싼 가격에 이용 가능합니다. 공항에서 택시타고 10분안에 도착합니다. 바로 밑에는 반미를 파는곳이 있고 옆에는 일본 음식점이 있습니다. 주변에 마트가 없는것만 빼면 완벽합니다.

Peaceful, quiet and comfortable. Good hosting. Great for a night's rest , event a week to explore Danang city.

Green Tea Villa was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Sen and her helpers took care of our needs and our room was palatial and overlooks the lovely infinity pool, which I love swimming in. Breakfast was a la carte and many great choices. Easy walk 1 km to old town or borrow bikes for free to explore. I would go back anytime!

Amazing stay! We had everything we could possibly need from breakfast included, a great pool to free use of bikes to travel around the city we could explore everything from the rice fields to the beach to the city centre. Our host was lovely she gave us a map and helped us with everything we needed, even helping us book a sleeper bus to the next stop on our trip.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

A lovely property. More personal than a hotel but all the amenities and high quality responsive service. We were made very welcome and will stay again

Staying at Kim’s was a highlight of our stay in the Hoi An area. Located right near the beach, but also a short ride away from Old Town, we felt we were a perfect distance from the action while staying in a peaceful area. Kim herself is an amazing host, ready to accommodate, suggest activities, help out anyway she can or just have a fun conversation. Breakfast was delicious and fresh and the Water Refill Station was perfect to keep our need for single use plastics to a minimum in the heat. We would definitely visit Hoi An again just to spend some more time with Kim and Lulu.

Incredible place and Điểm was an amazing host. The property itself was relaxing, had everything we needed, and was less than a minute walk from a great, quiet beach. Điểm was so so friendly and helpful — she provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay (local food/shopping recs, motorbike rental, and private car arrangement to next city). Wouldn’t have changed anything about the experience and would love to return!

Had a wonderful 4 days staying here! The staff were absolutely wonderful and catered to our every request: from extending our room stay by a few hours, providing amazing massage services, assisting with cab booking, and even booking scooters for us! Big, big shoutout to Duy from the hotel staff for helping us at every step, and for even recommending sight seeing spots. The staff even decorated the room when we checked in as we mentioned that we're on our honeymoon! The area is spectacular, lively and safe. Can't recommend it enough! 🥰

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, etwas ruhiger gelegen, aber alles ist super fußläufig zu erreichen. Haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
