Clean and sunny house near Smith College

Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.

Our place is on a gravel road on a serene lake. You’ll love the tranquility - not far from city life, but ideal to just relax. This secluded summer spot includes… -kayaks for exploring, and -a paddle boat for relaxing on the water. There are also many enjoyable attractions in the towns nearby, including Shelburne, Williamsburg, Ashfield, and Cummington. It's great for couples & families.

Welcome to Frankin! This is a beautiful Victorian duplex that is close to everything you need. One side of the house is the rental and my wife and I live on the other side. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Northampton and just minutes from Smith College. There is also a nice park a couple of blocks down the road as well!

Cozy Cape - near downtown, schools and park

This charming cape was built in the 1960's and was recently updated. It is less than a mile from the Williston Northampton School and the athletic fields. It is also a short walk to the center of Easthampton, Nonotuck Park and the Manhan Rail Trail. Cozy and comfortable, it is the perfect base for exploring all that Easthampton & the Pioneer Valley has to offer!
