Welcome to Lomma, a beach town, close to Malmö and Lund, with a seaside/country feel The cottage is in a small quiet village close to Lomma. The seafront is 200m away, woods, a golf course, windsurfing etc. The house is fairly compact and is perfect for a family of 4-6 people. 6 beds, 3 bedrooms, (with 2 extra beds possible for rent). "Swedish holiday-home" which means, bring your own bedding etc. and leave house spotless. Or relax -rent the cleaning through us, we have a good cleaning company.

Stay in the countryside, 15 min to central Malmö

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

Mysig 1-rumslägenhet för 2 personer, helt privat i uthyrarens villa. Lägenheten är utrustad med kokvrå och litet badrum med dusch. Lägenheten ligger i södra Lund (2km) till centrum, gångavstånd cirka 30 minuter. Utmärkta kommunikationer både till Lund centrum och till Malmö alldeles inpå knuten. Vackra parkomgivningar i närheten. Gångavstånd till utomhusbad sommartid.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.

Lägenhet

Separat lägenhet, med egen ingång, ca 35 kvm, som är del av en kringbyggd gård, ca 300 m från havet. Tio minuters promenad till Långa Bryggan och nära både stränder, golf och städer som Lund och Malmö. Lägenheten har kombinerat kök/vardagsrum och ett separat sovrum med en dubbelsäng . Badrum samt tvättmaskin.
